This is a spacious East Dennis home with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Large king size master bedroom and bath above garage. One queen master bedroom and bath, two queen bedrooms and 1.5 baths on the first floor. The second floor bedroom has three twin beds. The full kitchen, dining room, and family room are on the first floor. House is air-conditioned. Family room has a large flat screen TV with DVD and music player. Kitchen leads to large private deck on back of house overlooking newly refinished private tennis court and quiet woods. On the deck is a large dining table and chairs with lounge chairs and a new BBQ grill.

The house has a very large and private yard with plenty of parking. It is close to bay beaches, Scargo Lake, Sesuit Harbor, Sesuit Harbor Cafe, marinas, restaurants, golf courses, cinema, Cape Playhouse, museums, shops, bike trail, antique shops, water sports, fishing, and water excursions. Beach chairs and toys are available. Linens are available for a fee. Renters are also allowed to park free up to 2 autos in the owner's full-time house driveway which is located across the street from Harborview Beach near Sesuit Harbor. You can walk a short distance from the beach to the Scargo Harbor Cafe for a bite to eat.

    Great family week

    Last week, my children and grandchildren spent the week in Dennis. The house had absolutely everything you could need, including kids toys. My grandson loved the firetruck, Candyland, and books. Kitchen and cleaning supplies were endless. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the private suite for the grandparents was perfect !
    We enjoyed the tennis court daily!
    The location of this house is amazing. We found Scargo Lake to be the best hidden gem for swimming with 3 and 4 year olds to enjoy swimming. And only a short walk!
    The beaches were all so beautiful! And all close! All the beaches are great for kids, particularly at low tide!

    Wonderful week, wonderful memories made! Hope to return next year!     show more show less
