This house was great! The location is wonderful, a very short walk to a nice beach. We ventured to Seagull beach one day but the kids just preferred the convenience of the deeded beach and I was happy to save the money! It was humid a couple days but a single AC kept it nice inside. The outdoor furniture was very nice to sit on and listen to the ocean or read. Very nicely stocked with nearly everything you could need. The beach chairs were very much appreciated!

Leslie was great and the house was wonderful! Outdoor space was really nice and it was a perfect weekend weather wise to really enjoy it. Nicer than in photos because of some updated furniture and new additions to the house including a firepit added to the outdoor area midway through the stay! :) We also utilized the private beach extensively, literally less than a 5 minute walk away from the house. The beach is was pretty crowded however but that's to be expected on a weekend like Labor Day. Overall amazing stay! show more show less

So happy we had a wonderful week in West Dennis this year! We are returning guests of Leslie's! We have been coming down for 4 years straight, and have to say we have had the best weather each time!!! This is a cozy , air conditioned, clean, with a lot of extras , cottage! New patio, gas fire pit, and grill! Plenty of comfy outdoor furniture to enjoy!! Roomy front and back yard , plenty of room for parking boat, etc... and boat landing close by ! Also in walking distance to private beach, is a plus! Had no problem with eating in , grilling, or just getting take out food close by! Leslie has been upgrading this cottage each year, and she also added a new air conditioner, and awesome shades for each room! Can't forget the WiFi ! A plus for the grandkids!! We have stayed with Leslie for 2 weeks every year for the past 5 years! She is always so accommodating and we have never had any issues! The home is a classic beach house and the walk is so close to the beach! We are looking forward to our 2 weeks next year! Thanks Leslie!

Truly a spectacular place to stay and vacation. Comfortable inside and out with a delightful beach-chic decor, the patio is made for entertaining or just chilling. Just a short walk to a private beach area that is perfect for sitting in the sun or playing in the waves. Overall a wonderful time that will surely be repeated in the future.

We were lucky enough to find this gem! A tidy, cozy little cottage with beautiful and whimsical Cape-themed decor, a stone's throw from the beach. The patio is amazing with so much room for dining, our little ones enjoyed playing games on the spacious table tops and had their own space away from adults. There is a nice side and front yard for yard games as well. The kitchen is tiny, but has all of the important cookware and implements and the design makes excellent use of the space; we cooked in every night and had no complaints. The bedrooms are spacious by Cape standards and the additional bunk bed was a win for our kids, who each were able to get a top bunk! I can not say enough about this cottage.
