Great house!!! Great location!!! Great landlords!!! Only good things to say about this rental. You will love it!!!

My family loved the house!!!. It was an awesome location and an easy walk to our favorite beach, Mayflower Beach. The home is so comfortable, has a great floor plan and the hosts left some very nice welcoming gifts to start your vacation off, that were much appreciated by all. Anything that you could need for a wonderful vacation the home has to offer. The finished basement is a wonderful addition as it has a pool /ping pong table and entertainment area that my family loved, especially the kids. We have already booked for next year. Of all the years that I have come to the Cape this is the nicest home, with the most comfortable furnishings. I would not hesitate at all to book this home.

This is a good location! Plenty of room for my family of 5 adults, 2 children. One bedroom has no door at the top of the stairs. Very dark lighting in all rooms. Oversized living room furniture for a giant, not comfortable. Downstairs toilet kept clogging and overflowed, septic system. Not enough cooking pans (frypans, pots). Limited dishes and glassware so we ran the dishwasher a lot. Did I mention that the owner lives right across the street. The air control was digital and could be operated by phone, so I think someone was changing it when we went to the beach because it was always higher than we set it. Most of us left on Friday night, but one daughter and husband with two small children stayed till Saturday. Checkout is 9am and they were having trouble meeting that time, so the owner walked over and told them the cleaning crew (no where in site) was waiting to get in and if the weren't gone by 9:30am, he would charge us an extra day. The basement was very musty smelling. Won't rent here again! On the bright side, the locate to Mayflower Beach was great. My husband made two trips dropping us off at the car unload area and road his bike back. No sitting in line in our car waiting to park. Mayflower Beach was the only reason we stayed there. It our favorite beach. Next year we have a much better place, larger, brighter and modern near a lake and golf course. A little further for drop off at the beach and we'll worth the extra cost. Also, don't like the fact that we had to bring our own towels and bedding. Who needs to pack extra stuff? The owner stressed my daughter out on the last day of our vacation which she didn't need considering she had two small children who do that two her. She was doing her best to get out and he was rude! Check in is 4 pm on Saturday, so the rental is really Sunday to Friday. Hotels are 3pm checking with 11:00am checkout and supply sheets and towels. Nice touch was a bottle of wine with 2 coffee mugs when we got there. It is a nice house, great location. Just needs more attention to renters.

We had a great experience that started with the lovely gifts from the owners for both adults and kids. The neighborhood was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes or just play in the front yard. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach each day and coming back to a clean cool house.
We already booked next summer!

SUPREME LOCATION. Our family and friends had an excellent vacation stay at the house. It was plenty big enough for all of us, and the location and proximity to one of the best beaches on all of the caps makes this rental an easy decision to re-book!

OCTOBER STAY
Friends and I stayed here for a fall weekend. The house was perfect and so clean! The hosts made everything so easy from start to finish and were so welcoming. Highly recommend this rental!

GREAT HOUSE, NICE WALK TO THE BEACH
Nice house plan, kitchen is well set up to cook (which we do). Outside grill was new, and the deck was really pleasant to sit on.

GREAT VACATION RENTAL
House is spotless and about .5 miles from Bayview Beach. Kitchen was well equipped with very nice appliances. Our family had a very nice time.

GREAT BEACH HOUSE IN DENNIS!!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home in Dennis. The hosts were great hosts but not intrusive at all. They were available if needed.

The house was spacious enough for our group of 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). The house was equipped with a very nice kitchen with high end appliances and all the kitchen utensils one would expect. There is a large TV in the family room and a great finished basement with another TV, as well as ping pong and pool tables. The WiFi was reliable and fast enough to have multiple devices streaming at times for the kids. Bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. One bedroom on the second floor is at the top of the stairs without a door (loft style), but this was fine for our kids.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Mayflower Beach which is one of the BEST beaches for kids on the Cape and certainly the highlight of the trip! The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for sitting on the relaxing front porch, or going for a run or walk on the nearby streets. There is easy access to nearby restaurants, an ice cream shop, grocery stores, and Peterson's fish market which is one of our favorite places to pick up food for dinner.

Overall , the house is perfect for a fun and comfortable Cape Cod vacation!

THIS IS THE HOUSE TO RENT FOR A FAMILY VACATION!!
We were an extended family of 6 adults and two children under 4. This house lends itself so easily to a great number. The house is amazing with 4 large bedrooms so little ones can go to sleep away from noise. It is immaculate and you just need to drop off your stuff and head to Mayflower Beach! It is a very short walk down the street. We had a pizza party one night and watched the sunset over the ocean.
I can not say enough about the owners who are kind and helpful. We had a perfect Cape vacation!!

ANNUAL SUMMER VACATION WITH FAMILY. My husband and I spend every summer on Cape Cod with our three grown children and grandchildren. We've stayed in the Dennis area for the past ten years. This year instead of a local realtor we booked This house on-line and could not have been happier. The house was beautiful, well equipped and less than a half mile walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for all three families. My children commented that we really upped our game for a house this year. The owners live right across the street which was terrific. They were easily accessible if we had an6 questions but not intrusive at all. I would highly recommend this property. We hope it's available next year for our Cape vacation.

LOVELY HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION. We loved our stay, this house is a gem. It truly is a "house", has a great home feel,clean, comfortable, has all amenities a vacationer might need. Cute front porch for having morning coffee, and well maintained yard, our toddlers loved playing and running there. The location couldn't be better, with Mayflower Beach (which is amazing!) within five minutes by bicycle. Special thanks to th3 owners who were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. There's a good amount of stores, ice cream shops, restaurants nearby, and within reasonable driving distance. Would love to come back!!

We really enjoyed our week at the house. It is the perfect size for two families. Everyone had their own space. The (finished) basement was great for the kids. It was about an eight minute walk to Mayflower Beach which is absolutely beautiful. The best time is late afternoon/early evening to watch th3 sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking things you need so we cooked/grilled every day. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Week! We had a fabulous week at this cape home. The owners were great. They had it stocked from top to bottom with so many amenities. Beautiful home - nice to come home from the beach to an air conditioned house. A short walk to the beach was a real asset as well. Outdoor shower always great!!!
