We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Dennis. The yard was so nicely set up to just relax after a day at the beach with a fire pit ,hammock,comfy chairs and a fabulous deck to cook dinner outdoors. Very clean as well as very comfy beds! My husbands favorite was the screened porch with game table. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was wonderful to rent from. Thank you Kristine

We just stayed in Kristine's rental property in July and have to say we were skeptical at first because there weren't any reviews on the property but were very happy and pleasantly surprised with the property when we got there. Her pictures don't do the home justice, the house is very cute and charming and you will want to spend the majority of your time in the gorgeous backyard. The landscaping in the backyard is beautiful, my kids loved the hammock, the fit pit at night for roasting marshmallows along with all the fun outside activities Kristine has available to use. We spent many nights eating our meals at the picnic table on the deck and enjoyed watching bunnies and the Turkeys wonder around! We were also pleasantly surprised with the path in the back yard that leads to the bike trail, we used the bikes that Kristine had on hand (she had warned us ahead of time that they were old) we would definitely bring our bikes next time to go on the bike trail. My three kids also loved the game room, it surprisingly got my 16 year old son off his phone for a while, the sound of laughter of the three of them playing games was priceless. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little to no traffic which was great for my youngest who was 6 who brought along her scooter. The weather was perfect when we went and we enjoyed visiting all the Dennis beaches. Kristine was great to work with and returned our deposit in a timely matter, overall we would love to stay at this beautiful home again. show more show less

From the moment we arrived, this home wowed us with its spotless cleanliness and thoughtful setup designed for families of all ages. Every room was well-maintained and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

The layout of the house was ideal—comfortable, spacious, and clearly designed with family time in mind. From cozy indoor gathering spots to the absolutely stunning backyard, we found countless areas to relax, play, and make memories together. Whether it was morning coffee under the trees or evening chats around the fire pit, every inch of the outdoor space was inviting.

The location couldn't have been more perfect—convenient to everything we needed but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It truly felt like our own private retreat.

You can tell this home is lovingly cared for. Every detail, well-stocked amenities, full stocked kitchen appliances, reflected a level of pride and hospitality that made our stay exceptional.

We can't wait to go back—our time at here was amazing from beginning to end. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make lasting family memories in a beautiful and relaxing setting! show more show less

Kristine's house is amazing! We have been renting it for 4 years now. My daughter loves it! Everything is always so neat and clean, ping pong in the garage is a hige hit. The house is located close to everything: grocery store, Rt6, Capt Bakers Donuts, Chatham, Mayflower, Cape league games; you name it! Kristine is very responsive and we can't wait for next summer.
