Our home in South Dennis is centrally located in the heart of Cape Cod. It's also at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a short drive to the beautiful Dennis beaches, golf courses, and restaurants. Ride your bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just steps away. Perfect vacation home for a couple, family, or small group of friends! The ideal place to stay for a girls' weekend, a family reunion, or when attending a Cape Cod wedding.

After an enjoyable day at the beach take a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on the back deck. When it's time to eat, fire up the grill. The kids (and adults alike) will enjoy the ping pong table, hammock, and outdoor fire pit.

3 Bedroom. 2 Bath Ranch with an additional outdoor shower (has hot water).

A/C Window units in each of the 3 bedrooms and living room to keep you comfortable on those hot summer nights!

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Full Bed and Twin Bed
Plus futon and couch in living room

Saturday-to-Saturday Weekly Rentals during the Peak Summer Season. 3 night rental minimum off-peak season (before June 14 or after September 6).

Check-in at 3:00pm. Check out at 10:00am.

    Born and raised South of Boston, I have been vacationing on the Cape my entire life. While renting everywhere from the upper to outer Cape, I absolutely fell in love with Dennis several years ago. Come see why!

    I strive to make sure our guests have the most enjoyable experience while staying with us. I hope to share my little slice of heaven with you for a week (or two) this summer!

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is located on a quiet, family friendly cul-de-sac. The kids (old and young) love the ping-pong table! The Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT) is located less than 1000 feet away from the house. The CCRT is a paved bikeway that runs 25 miles from South Dennis to Wellfleet. The terrain is relatively flat and offers views of some scenic landscapes. Bike rental shops are also located close by. It's a perfect location for a bike-ride or morning run.

    Whether you're traveling solo or with your family, you'll find plenty of fun in Dennis year round. We love the central location of Dennis and its proximity to beautiful beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boating. Dennis is truly at the heart of Cape Cod, so it's a great choice if you are trying to explore all of the Cape.

    Dennis is a popular seaside resort town, notable for its stately colonial mansions along the northern Cape Cod Bay coastline, and its picturesque, warm water beaches along the southern Nantucket Sound. For culture buffs there's the Cape Cod Museum of Art with its art openings, Music & More Concerts and independent film series along with the world renowned Cape Cinema as well as several other fabulous art galleries and artisans along Route 6A. For the active visitor there's kayaking, canoeing and so much more.
