You will fall in love with this air-conditioned two unit family home right on the beach. It is on Nantucket Sound in the heart of Cape Cod. You and your family/friends will have easy on and off access to the private neighborhood beach with everything just steps away back. There is also South Village Beach to the left along the water and West Dennis beach to the right. You won't have a single worry besides picking a spot on one of the beaches and making sure everyone is lathered with sunscreen before making sandcastles on the beach!

The house is a true two unit home. There is a separate upstairs unit and a downstairs unit, which only have exterior access to one other. Both units have air conditioning. The house sleeps 12 (which is our max capacity for both day and overnight guests) totaling 5 bedrooms, 1 pullout couch (upstairs living room), 3 full baths, and 2 outdoor showers. We cannot accommodate groups larger than than 12 for overnight stays or any functions/guests that involve more than 14 people for the day.

The upstairs unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a sofabed in the living room. In the upstairs unit there is a full chef's kitchen, an open layout living room and dining room, and a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed in the third bedroom. The downstairs unit consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 additional bathrooms as well as a large L-shaped couch in the living room. The downstairs unit also has a full chef's kitchen, open living room and dining room. There are also Pack N Plays available at the house for little ones (must bring your own pack n play linens).

Most rooms in our two story home have water views, and the expansive upstairs and downstairs decks make for lots of relaxing time with family and friends. One located off of each unit, the two decks are filled with tables and chairs for family dinners and gorgeous views of the sunsets over the ocean. There are two gas grills for the house (propane provided) for plenty of BBQs.

The kids will be sure to enjoy all of the beach toys under the deck. The two outdoor showers are perfect for those summer days to rinse off the sand, and they are also refreshing at night under the stars after a full day at the beach.

It is just a short walk down the beach to the Lighthouse Inn, which has jet skiing, a water trampoline, and kayaking/paddle boarding - all just steps away.

There are plenty of puzzles, games, and beach toys provided at the house. Wifi and flat screens are also featured and can come in handy on a drizzly day if the puzzles and games have been exhausted. Nothing like a family movie night at the Cape!

Linens and towels are not provided, but everything else is provided and for your use (bedspreads, pillows, extra blankets, basic condiments, etc.). If you are unable to bring linens or towels, please reach out to us and we can help arrange them for you. The cost is an additional $17 per person, which covers the cost of having them laundered.

Weekly rental rates do not include the 14.45% state and local taxes that went into affect in 2019/2020. 14.45% is added to all weekly rental rates on our leases and this state and local tax gets collected by us, but remitted directly to the state.

Our family takes pride in renting our home and providing a wonderful experience for our guests, so we are very responsive and also provide a welcome packet of our favorite local restaurants and activities in the area and on the Cape for your family to explore.

You will love our home for your Cape vacation, and your only regret will be that you couldn't stay longer.
