In addition to the in-ground pool ( heated July, August )the home offers something for everyone including Central AC, large rooms, 4 televisions, wireless internet, 3,300 sq. ft, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, allowing for a great vacation for all. First floor and second floor master bedroom suites. Relax and enjoy indoor and outdoor living. The country kitchen is large and inviting with plenty of room for family dining. Private, quiet street.

We have been completely booked the past few years with our past guest.. Only three weeks are available.

    Beautiful Home!

    This was an awesome place to stay! It is walking distance to the Cape Playhouse, grocery store, package store and restaurants. It is a mile to the beach and if you didn't want to go to the beach, you just jump in the pool. The house is large enough to hold a huge family! Mayflower Beach holds a special place in our hearts... We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

    Great Location - Convenient to shopping, restaurants and sights

    This home is everything we could have wished for on our vacation. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Kitchen was large enough to accommodate our large group. The outdoor living space was with the pool became our favorite space which we spent most of our afternoons swimming and lounging. We will be back. The owner was very informative, polite and accesable. We highly recommend this vacation property.

    Fun Family-Friend Trip!

    We had two families staying—Four adults, five kids. Two master suites made it great for both sets of parents! Everyone had their own comfy bed and plenty of space to spread out! Everything needed for a nice week on the Cape. The kids loved the pool! A major hit which was great on non-beach and beach days alike. Deck area with lots of comfy furniture and grill for cooking outside. Air conditioning was great too as it was super hot when we arrived. Bay beaches 5-7min drive away. Large garage with plenty of storage for bikes and beach/outside gear. The homeowners had plenty of that stuff there for our use too! We had a great time and would rent here again.
