This 3 bedroom cottage is located on Fiddlers Green, which is a private, dead end road. The cottage is two houses from the beach. Your private, residents-only beach is just feet from your deck.

The unit is a 3 bedroom, one bath, with an eat in kitchen, and a living room with cable TV and Internet. Central A/C and heat new in 2020. Kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and blender. There is a deck with a BBQ grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs. There is an enclosed hot/cold water shower in the back yard. Watch the beautiful sunsets from the back yard as you relax after a day at the beach.

Please note: This rental is one side of a classic Cape Cod duplex.
