Lovely and spacious Cape Cod cottage located on a dead-end street in a wonderful neighborhood. Updated with a modern coastal chic design, this 3 bedroom, 2 baths (1,975 Sq Ft.) home with outdoor shower checks all the boxes!

This is our third season renting this property and we're looking forward to sharing this special spot with you.

Master bedroom with one queen bed, second bedroom with two twin XL beds. Even better, it has additional space for the grandparents and cousins with a separate living space including another full kitchen, bathroom, and TV with two twin beds. Main kitchen with stainless appliances, exposed brick, and a recycled sea glass countertop, living room for family game night, and movie watching. There is also a screened-in porch with a flat-screen TV to relax while streaming your favorite show and an outside patio perfect to relax after a fun day at the beach. Window A/C units in all bedrooms, washer, and dryer and Wi-Fi and access your own streaming service via two smart-TVs.

The cottage is within walking distance (0.4 Mile) to the beach and several fantastic restaurants including the amazing Ocean House (and Tiki Bar), Pelham House Resort, Sunday School Ice Cream, and the Wee Packet. Short drive to the bumper cars, batting cages, and Stage Stop Candy.

    Casual, Cozy & Charming

    I stayed 2 months and enjoyed every day. This little cottage is as casual as casual gets and makes you feel comfortable the moment you enter.
    Don't expect fancy. Expect a Cape Cod Fantasy.
    Lincoln, the owner, could not be more accommodating.

    Plenty of Space

    This rental was perfect and everything we were looking for! The location was within walking distance to all of our favorite spots including the beach. It was able to accommodate our family of five as well as our in-laws and never felt crammed. It was fully stocked with anything you could need and very clean and tidy. Shannon and Lincoln were readily available and reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to stay here again next year.

    Plenty of room for families

    The house was plenty roomy for my family. Kids and adults all had their own space. Walkable to 3 beaches and a few good restaurants. It's located on a nice quiet street, plenty of space for kids to play outside. Lots of beach toys and chairs at the house for guests to use.

    Wedding Vacation

    We rented this home to be close to my son's wedding venue. Lincoln and Shannon were lovely hosts and checked in with us throughout our two-weeks in their home.

    The home is very clean and well-stocked. The outside shower was wonderful and the two outside seating areas were very nice. The kitchen was very functional and up to date with the breakfast bar.

    The property is close (walkable) to beaches and restaurants. We found a small, quiet beach which was a quick walk versus sitting in traffic and paying beach fees.

    The weather cooperated and overall a great experience!

    Great spot on the Cape!

    Perfect home for a family or to host friends! Loved the residential location (walking distance to a couple of beaches and the Ocean House-great restaurant. The house has 3 BR, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor shower and a airy 3 season porch. Lincoln and Shannon provided all of the information needed about the area and checked in during the week to make sure everything was going smoothly.

    Perfect house and location!

    We stayed here for a week in July 2020 and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The house has plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has an awesome screen porch, outdoor shower, backyard patio with seating and ACs in all 3 bedrooms. It was extremely clean when we arrived and had all the amenities you would need while renting.

    It was a great location as the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Perfect location in Dennis Port as you can drive to everywhere on the Cape very easily. Lincoln and Shannon were excellent hosts with several check-ins to ensure our stay was perfect. I would recommend staying here to anyone and we will definitely be back next year! show more show less

    What is special about this property?
    This property is on a quiet (dead-end) street. It's a traditional Cape Code Cottage that has 3-bedrooms of which one is a unique studio/bedroom. This set-up allows individuals to enjoy some privacy with their own kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The cottage includes a fabulous screened-in porch and two outdoor seating areas.

    What is special about your town?
    The other unique draw to this property is it's proximity to so many forms of entertainment. It's walking distance to the beaches, some of the best restaurants on the Cape, Sunday School Ice Cream Shop, and several family-friendly activities. No driving needed!
