Description

Just three tenths of a mile from Haigis beach on Nantucket Sound, this Dennisport home sleeps seven people and is very neat and clean with that Cape Cod feel. It has two air conditioned bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. There is also a family room/den located off the kitchen with a half bath and two sofas, one in which is a pull out. The den has its own exterior door. The home has wireless Internet and beds include: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Sofa Beds.

The outside of the property has a brick patio, lawn, and sprinkler system. The yard has a picket and privacy fence, no gates. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. For your convenience there is trash pick up on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the trash is removed from the back yard, so there is no need to put barrels out.

This is a pet friendly rental. There is no smoking allowed in the home. We have a 5 star rating,, which we take pride in, and always welcome any feedback you may have. Please email or call for more information.

Please note that our rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday! And minimum rental is one week. View the calendar to see availability prior to inquiring. Off season rentals are available for a minimum of $1,700 per week.

Relax and enjoy either a short walk or drive to the best beaches on Nantucket Sound! There are restaurants, a convenience store, and the best deli in Dennisport within walking distance. Relax and Enjoy the sun, surf and sand! The Cape Cod bike trail is a short driving distance away, and if you forgot to bring your bikes, you can rent bikes for the whole family at the bike rental shop next to the bike trail. There are many attractions close to Dennisport that are within driving distance to our home. Bumper boats, trampolines, mini golf, ice cream shops, antique shops, or boutiques, kayak and boat rentals.

Many nice restaurants and very casual restaurants you can drive or walk to in the area, including What's The Scoop Ice Cream and Mini Golf, Antique shop. Swan River Restaurant and Fish Market, Bandera's Market and Deli, Chapins Fish and Chips Beach Bar, Cleat and Anchor, The Sailing Cow Restaurant, Woolfies Pastries and Coffee shop which is (Pastries, Donuts, Muffins, Coffee).

    Excellent Stay

    This is a really great place to stay on the Cape. It is sooo close to the beach, great restaurants, coffee, pastry, I could go on and on. We had a perfect vacation. The house is very secure, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
    Cindy and Jack are great hosts, offered tips about the area and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will certainly come back.

    Quintessential Vacation!

    I rented this sweet property June 2022 for a family vacation. They loved it! The landlords were kind and accommodating. My daughter's dog Marley was in heaven in their gorgeous fenced in yard. The beach was a "secret shortcut" to the beach perfect for kids. The weather was perfect too!

    Great experience!

    We had the perfect vacation with our family, including 2 little kids and 2 dogs, staying here at Cindy and Jack's property! The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. We were close to the beaches and dining, including the dog park and bike trail.

    The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating! We hope to come back again soon! Thanks Cindy and Jack!

    Great stay!

    We had a great week in this cottage! It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed in terms of linens, kitchen supplies, other amenities. The bedrooms and pull-out options were all very satisfactory and helpful. Everything was as described and expected; no surprises. This cottage is close (under 10 min. drive) to a lot of Cape favorites: beaches, activities, food, shopping. We found it very convenient for what the Cape has to offer.     We Have owned a separate vacation home in Dennisport for over 20 years. Dennisport is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy your vacation. We visit often! Plenty of beaches surround the area for a walk, bike ride, boating, eating out, going to the beach or just relaxing at home. We say once you cross the bridge over the canal you carry no stress, it's your time to do fun things with your family or friends. All of our neighbors are so friendly and nice. We all look out for each other.

    What is special about this property?
    A small home with a cottage interior that dates back to the 1940's! Very cozy, comfortable and clean! We put a nice stone patio in the back yard and front walkway and a sprinkler system to keep the lawn nice for everyone to enjoy, even your pets! We hired a lawn service and landscape company to take care and keep it nice for our guests. We put a picket fence in the front and side yard and a privacy fence in the back. We pride ourselves in renting out this vacation rental! It's a beautiful short walk or bike ride to the most beautiful ocean beaches! A short walk to the swan river to watch the sun set, or cast a fishing rod.

    What is special about your town?
    The town has the most beautiful beaches! West Dennis Beach is less than a mile from our home. A very Long Beach with a big parking lot. Their you can watch the sun rise and set, it's spectacular to see or take pictures. Go to the very end where there are park benches and a small beach area. This is the opening to the Bass River where boats come in from the Ocean and cruise around. You may see small boats to yachts, or kayaks and canoes and paddle boards! You can swim there as well or head over to boaters beach on foot, this is where the boats pull up and grill or people sit on the beach. We are close to many nice casual restaurants where you can walk, drive or take out food to go! Some restaurants have bands or karaoke!
