Our charming home includes: two patios for outdoor entertainment, beautiful scenery of Grand Cove, sunsets from either patio or the house, a dock to swim from or fish from, a boat slip if you need one, a small semi-private beach for just hanging near the house to avoid the crowds at the beach, and so much more! Our home is ideal for laid-back living with outdoor entertaining. Our first floor open floor plan allows you to see the water from the kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area. Our best days on Grand Cove are using floats in the water or swimming off the dock followed by a great BBQ and spectacular sunset. All from one spot! It's a little slice of heaven.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, 2nd Bedroom - Full Bed, 3rd Bedroom two double beds. Water views from the Master Bedroom.

The living and entertaining area is on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Flat Screen with Xfinity cable and WiFi. Other features include central a/c, basement laundry area. 3 small porches, outdoor shower, gas grill, lots of outdoor seating, beautiful huge front lawn for lawn games or take a nap in the hammock. This house is one you won't forget, and you'll want to come back year after year.

Our home is a single family home in a condo-complex of 5 homes. Home and property around the home is exclusive use only to renters/tenants. The dock, beach area and parking are shared.
