Our beautiful home includes: two patios for outdoor entertainment, beautiful scenery of Grand Cove, sunsets from either patio or the house, a dock to swim from or fish from, a boat slip if you need one, a small semi-private beach for just hanging near the house to avoid the crowds at the beach, and so much more! Second floor completely renovated this year (2023) expanding the master bedroom, adding closets and new full bathroom. Our home is ideal for laid-back living with outdoor entertaining. Our first floor open floor plan allows you to see the water from the kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area. Our best days on Grand Cove are using floats in the water or swimming off the dock followed by a great BBQ and spectacular sunset. All from one spot! It's a little slice of heaven.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, 2nd Bedroom - Full Bed, 3rd Bedroom two double beds. 2 full-baths. One upstairs and one downstairs.

The living and entertaining area is on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Flat Screen with ability to stream TV and WiFi. Other features include central a/c, laundry, outdoor shower, gas grill, lots of outdoor seating, beautiful huge front lawn for lawn games or take a nap in the hammock. This house is one you won't forget, and you'll want to come back year after year.

Our property is large enough for your family to spread out, private patio on side of house and it includes a fire pit to sit by the water and relax.

We only rent a few weeks in the month of August each year. You won’t find any reviews on this site as we haven’t used this listing site for years and our renters fill out our guest book at the house in the past. The book is packed away at the publication of this listing but will retrieve it and add the reviews as soon as we unpack. They are all very positive, never had a complaint.

Please note with the renovation we had to move our flower beds and flower boxes. We will update the front picture this spring once they are all restored.
