We are just finishing up our two weeks at this beautiful vacation home. Everything was perfect! So well stocked, immaculately clean and so comfortable. Kim was so easy to work with and has done such an amazing job on making her home so aesthetically pleasing and easy to care for. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend this home!

Miramar is perfect for a family vacation. The house is updated and clean, with a sweet decor, and includes all the amenities. The backyard is large and great for kids, with a deck & grill and plenty of seating. Location is convenient to all mid-Cape family activities.

Rental includes use of of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon to haul them to the beach -- only a short walk down the quiet street. Kim even has two kayaks available for use! The beach is uncrowded and fabulous for kids with shallow areas, tide pools, and no big waves. At low tide you can walk along the sand to the mouth of the Swan River. Our kids loved watching the horseshoe crabs.

Our vacation was terrific. Kim greeted us on arrival, and gave us great pointers for local attractions. We loved every day of our stay. show more show less

We had an awesome vacation at Miramar. The house is clean and newly renovated, and everything you need is provided. The backyard is large and great for kids to run around. The deck has really solid, comfortable furniture - no flimsy plastic chairs. The garage is stocked with plenty of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach.

The beach itself was really nice. As long as the tide isn't at its peak, you can walk along the sand to the mouth of the Swan River where plovers nest and there are many little crabs to chase. There were never a lot of people at the beach - it always felt like we had plenty of room. The water was a little cold for swimming in June, but we did get a couple of really warm days when we were able to enjoy the water.

The neighborhood is super quiet, and the speed limit on the road is very low - I think it was 15mph. We had a couple of very small issues/questions and Kim addressed them immediately. It was a great experience. show more show less

Our family absolutely loved this Cape house! Beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything. Perfect for a family of 6 & very clean! The outdoor shower was great and so was the yard! We enjoyed the private beach and use of the kayaks. Great location & we would definitely rent it again! Thank you Kim for being so helpful! Perfect week in Cape Cod!

Wonderful house in great location! We spent a week in July at Kim's recently renovated beach house. The private road and resident beach-access was perfect for spending time away from the city with our 2 young boys. Kim thought of everything we would need, including leaving us the makings for s'mores, after I mentioned my boys like to roast marshmallows over the fire. She had shovels, buckets, umbrellas, chairs, etc. and a little wagon to pull it in to the beach.
The space was just right for our needs. Open kitchen, big yard, lovely patio with grill, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand! Bedrooms were a decent size with plenty of closet/drawer space, and the 2 bathrooms were both clean and spacious.
Several seating areas made it easy to spread out and not be on top of each other...stools at kitchen island, living room sofa and chairs, breezeway dining table and separate sitting area, as well as the large patio with table and chairs. Nice little fire pit near back of yard.
Plenty of natural light thanks to skylights in kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Air-conditioning worked great for us, as it was a hot and humid week! Washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and stovetop all served their purposes for us.
Kim was a great host… Easy to contact, left us all the information we would need for the week, and followed up after we departed. Highly recommend! show more show less
