My family has rented this house for the past 3 years during the July 4th week. It fits our 2 families perfectly with the 6 bedrooms! We love walking down to the beach, sometimes back and forth several times a day because we are so close! The outdoor shower is always a big hit and we wait in line after the beach to take our turns! The management company is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back for many years.

This house was more than what our family expected. We had 11 members of our family for a weeklong vacation. These houses provided the space we needed for quiet time and also when we wanted to come together to have game night and eat meals. The outside shower was the best and the youngings sat outside a lot on the comfortable furniture. The walk to the beach was short and we even enjoyed our family tradition of the 5:00 AM polar plunge. The home was extremely clean and had all the necessary cooking needs for our meals. We did walk to Chapins for a meal one night and also drove to Sunday School for their excellent ice cream. Perfect home for an extended family, grandparents to grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House is spacious and beautiful. Comes with everything you can think of for a stay at the beach. Walking distance to two great beaches. Had the best family vacation and can't wait to go again!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend. Pictures don't do it justice. The bedrooms & living area are much larger than expected. The beds are extremely comfortable. The living room & dining area offer plenty of seating. The outdoor space is amazing. It's spacious with plenty of seating and offers privacy. Everything is beautifully appointed with a cozy cape feeling.

Just having to walk down the street to the beaches was a huge plus. We brought our chairs & toasted to the serene sunsets. Chapin's restaurant is a few blocks away and a must. Food was delicious & they offer inside & outside dining. We absolutely love this area on the Cape. Its quieter than other areas yet still close to everything.

Response time to any questions was almost immediate. This home was hard to leave. We can't wait to go back! show more show less

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in July. We have a very large family and there was plenty of room for all. Upon arrival the house and attached apartment were spotless.

The owners supplied everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. Not having to pack up the car to go to the beach made the vacation what it should be, stress free.
Bayview & Mayflower are two beautiful beaches for fun in the sun and the sunsets are spectacular. />
Owners supply all linens, which were of high quality, and beds are very comfortable. This home is perfect for large families or several families vacationing together.

My extended family and I had a great vacation at this property! Units were clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, beach and relaxing for the week! Owners were very responsive and helpful with my questions. Also excellent location!!

This property is perfect. Great location with a 5 minute walk to two of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. The owner supplied everything you would need for a beach vacation. High end beach chairs and thick luxurious beach and bath towels. Fully equipped kitchens. Bedrooms are large and airy. Bedding is fresh and clean. The entire property was immaculate. The property set up with a main house and side apartment is perfect for multi family vacationing. Central air is a plus.

This home is the perfect spot for a large family vacation or a group of friends. Clean, spacious, well equipped. It's clear the owners have taken everything into consideration to make guests feel comfortable. Nice patio and gas grill for outdoor dining, as well as an outdoor shower.

A very short walk to either Mayflower or Bay View beach, with plenty of beach chairs available. Dennis Public Market and good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home on the weekend before Memorial Day. The house has everything you would want for a great family vacation. Plenty of space for kids and adults, fully equipped kitchen, all the beach necessities, and super close to 2 great beaches. Plenty of parking as well.

I would highly recommend this house for vacationing with multiple families or anyone looking to make great memories on Cape Cod.

We stayed at this lovely home May 20-May 23. Home was spotless when we arrived. We stayed in the smaller side. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to have a side to ourselves. Our daughter and grandchildren stayed on the "big" side. We love spending time with them but to have our own space was wonderful.

The location of this house could not be any better. Our biggest decision was "which beach should we walk to for sunset". MayFlower and Bayview are two of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape and the sunsets are spectacular. We love having an outdoor shower when we vacation down the Cape.

The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Supplying bed linens & towels made our packing so much easier. The owners also supply all beach chairs and beach towels along with a beach caddy to lug everything to the beach. Not having to load up beach chairs, umbrellas and caddy into the car also made packing a breeze.

We would highly recommend this home for your summer vacation or for a weekend getaway. We can't wait to go back. show more show less
