Our home is a 1700 sq. ft. ranch style house on a quiet cul-de-sac north of Route 6. We are happy to share it with others who love Cape Cod just as much as we do.

Walk in and you will see our open-floor-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Our kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, coffee maker, lobster crackers, etc!), has quartz countertops, and an island that seats three. The dining nook right off the kitchen seats at least six. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Sunbrella fabric sectional couch and a Sonos speaker. We have a three season room off the back of the house that opens up to the main living area via french doors. Down the hall on the main floor you will find three bedrooms (king, 2 sets of bunks, and a queen) and two full bathrooms. Central AC is available on the main floor and in the basement.

Heading to the basement there is another living space with a TV, pull out couch and mini fridge, as well as a laundry closet. The basement does NOT have a bathroom.<br /> <br /> Outside you will find a BBQ grill on a deck off the side of the house, leading out to a stone patio in the backyard that has an outdoor dining table, fire pit with Polywood Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. Grab the corn hole boards out of the shed and turn on the outdoor string lights for a fun night.<br /> <br /> High speed internet is available and the TV's have streaming services. <br /> <br /> Our home is centrally located in Dennis, about a three mile drive to Mayflower, Corporation and other beautiful beaches. A short drive will take you to all that the Cape has to offer - the rail trail, mini-golf, Cape Playhouse, restaurants, go-carts, kayak rentals, parasailing, whale watching, Scargo Tower, etc. We are also one mile to the Dennis Highlands and less than two miles to the Dennis Pines golf courses. <br /> <br /> Linens (sheets, pillowcases and beach and bath towels) are included in the rental.<br /> For those bringing infants we have a small high chair, pack and play and infant/child toys available.<br /> <br /> Please keep in mind that all of our neighbors are full time Cape Cod residents so parties and loud music are not permitted at our property. read more show less
