Spend your bayside vacation in our charming beach home 3/10 mile to Bayview/Mayflower Beaches. Located on a quiet private road..the large, flat yard is great for families. This newly decorated home with central air has 2 bedrooms up master has one queen the other 2 twins. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a queen and 3 twins as well as a day bed in the family room. For extra or alternative sleeping there is a full pull out in the main living room. All furniture and beds are new and comfortable. Fresh paint and new flooring as well as new window treatments give this adorable home a contemporary makeover. There are 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

Walk to to the beach for a day of fun in the sun or early evening for the most beautiful sunsets on the Cape. One mile to Dennis Village, dining and shopping.

I will begin Summer 2024 bookings in October of 2023. The current renters have the first option to return next year. I do anticipate some openings. I do not anticipate any two week openings. Please drop me a message.

    Perfect Beach Cottage

    My family and I had the best week at Cape Seas in Dennis, MA. Super comfortable beds, plenty of room for all, awesome outdoor shower, and Mayflower Beach is an 8 minute walk! All the amenities you need are at this property. Thanks to the best owners ever!

    Cape Seas - What a Treat!

    This was everything I wanted it to be and so much more! Set back from the road. Warm and inviting, bright and cheerful. Just what I needed. A five minute walk to Mayflower beach. This is truly the place to stay in any season! I enjoyed every moment at the cottage. Peterson Market is right down the street and has almost anything you may need. If you are looking for an escape from the everyday world, this is a clean, beautifully decorated space with all the amenities of home, look no further!     A quiet Winter weekend away in the middle of an ice storm turned out to be paradise. This cute cozy home was impeccably decorated & so clean. Everything in this darling home is new & been updated! Truly a home away from home. A perfect get away that I can only imagine what it will be like in the summer! Definitely coming back soon!     This little adorable White House is truly a hidden gem!

    It's a warm inviting clean beautifully decorated home that has everything to make you relax and enjoy your time here. The owners put lots of love and time into their home to share.

    This is without a doubt my favorite place to vacation on the cape. I will definitely be back to Cape Seas!

    We are fairly newer owners. This is our 4th rental season. We have been vacationing at Mayflower for 30 years. We always knew someday we would get our own place we just did but know when. We originally saw this for sale in July 2020. We as a family fell in love with this charming home. We purchased in January 2021. We will eventually retire here but for now we are thrilled to share it with other families in hopes they take with them lifelong memories that come from spending time with ones they love in such a beautiful place!

    What is special about this property?
    The home itself is unique and all the furnishings are comfortable and new. It's clean and bright and tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. The large flat private yard and the quiet road are great for families. Location is perfect, walk to the beach, go back for sunset. It's also a great location for walkers and runners, any direction you'll get an excellent workout.

    What is special about your town?
    North Dennis is a little slice of Heaven!! If you have stayed here before you know. Mayflower Beach area is the most beautiful spot on Cape Cod. Walk to beach or to dinner at Chapins or Ginas by the Sea. Grab some hand cut donuts at Village Donut Shop or head over to the Mercantile for a quick bite in Dennis Village. The Dennis Public Market has an excellent butcher shop if you want to grill. If this is your first visit to Mayflower make sure you get to at least one sunset. Grab your chairs and a seasonal libation and take lots of pictures! A good sunset will take your breath away.
