Looking to spend some time on the Cape? Our vintage 1938 cottage in Dennis Port, Cape Cod, is Olde Cape Cod at its best! Built over the Swan River, we are a nature-lover’s paradise. Ospreys, herons, gulls; crabs, fish, eel; foxes and rabbits—we have seen them all while sitting on our dock above the salt marsh! South Village Beach is a ten minute walk away, and West Dennis Beach is just over a mile down the road. Easy access to restaurants and shopping make this an ideal vacation spot. Spring, summer, or fall—our Cottage on the Cape awaits!
Let this cottage take you back in time when listening to the birds and taking in the view were all that was needed to destress. The outdoor shower will let you have the true Cape Cod experience of showering with the sea air surrounding you. The Cottage is stocked with all of the appliances and dishes needed to prepare your best seafood feast. The primary bedroom has a queen bed which can be raised to see the beautiful sunrise and sunsets each day. There is also a twin bed to round out the room. The second bedroom has a full size and twin size bed. Each of the bedrooms offer privacy from each other as they are on each end of the Cottage. The living room will allow for additional sleeping of two on the futon. The mini splits will provide comfort on the hot summer day or warmer during the cooler nights.

Can you imagine each morning waking up to the incredible view of the Swan River. The birds peacefully beginning their day. Take the kayaks out for a closer look at this beautiful river. The beaches surround you with the West Dennis beach only one and a half miles away with its 1 mile long shoreline. What a prime location for all that the Cape has to offer. The fish market across the street offers delicious fresh seafood to bring back to the cottage to prepare while you are watching the sunset. If you do not feel like cooking, take out and fine dining are across the street as well as a short distance on Lower County Road, allowing for a truly relaxing vacation.

Small pet will be considered for an additional fee of $50. Mattress protectors are provided, please bring all other linens with you. Strenuous efforts have been made to protect our guests’ safety – please respect the check out time so that the cottage can be property cleaned for the next guests. 2 one person kayaks are available for your use. 50% deposit required to reserve your rental at time of booking.
