Beautiful Cape Cod Getaway w/AC & Steps from the Beach

Our multi-generational family recently stayed at this exceptional home. Being our first time at this home, we found it to fit our needs and comfort to a T. The fully equipped kitchen which opens to the large dining area accommodated our whole family so we could enjoy mealtime together. The living room was also large enough for different activities including playing cards and watching TV. The bedrooms slept our family of 12 comfortably. Bed linens, towels, paper goods and supplies being supplied was extremely helpful, as well as chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was a hop and a skip away. The enclosed yard out front was extremely helpful to contain the small children in our group, as well as relaxing time for the adults, morning, afternoon and evening. We were impressed by the cleanliness and great condition of this home, as well as the responsiveness of the owner, Joe. We hope to make this "our place" for our family's yearly summer vacation. show more show less

We absolutely loved our week at this beautiful beach house! We went with our whole family and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for us all. We loved the outdoor shower after beach days. The patio was awesome for our family dinners and hangouts each night. The entire house had a beach feel and was very clean. The house came with sheets and bath towels too! Joe is very nice and was so helpful with any questions we had. We definitely want to rent again next summer. Raycroft beach across the street, very quick walk and was pretty:) It was small but never too crowded. We loved this house! show more show less

Very nice house with a location close to the ocean. Small but nice beach steps away.
Large kitchen and eating area. Bedrooms nice size. One large bedroom has a separate outside entrance which makes it nice for 2 families to rent together. Nicely decorated throughout. Would definitely recommend. for a large family. Owner very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

My family has been coming to this house annually for a number of years for summer vacation. We enjoy the front patio in the mornings and evenings. The patio is fenced in, which is a plus when you have little ones. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Nice, large gathering areas in the dining and living rooms. The house is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and the Sundae School. Overall a great house for a large group, in a nice location. Spent a week at this beautiful, well stocked home and the only complaint is that our week went by too fast! Perfect location, house is immaculate and decorated beautifully! Every room is bright, clean and has a true Cape Cod feeling. The owner, Joe, was great to work with from the time we booked our week, to the day we left. Already looking forward to next year and spending time in this home with our children and grandchildren!!

Great house in a perfect location. The house is perfect for a family vacation. The living room and bedrooms are well decorated, bright and airy. The kitchen is well stocked and the patio is perfect for outdoor meals. The house is located across from Raycroft beach which is a small but uncrowded beach.

Joe, the host is great. He is super accommodating and very responsive. We plan to make this "our house" for annual family reunions.

This house is 10/10 for a vacation home! It's very clean, spacious, and the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and all of the Cape activities! Joe was also a great host - he was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed at check in! We will definitely be renting here every year!
