This was our 4th year staying at this awesome good sized house as there are 7 of us. I can't say enough about how roomy it is and the outdoor patios yes 2 of them!!! It is only 10-15 min drive (depending on the traffic) to the famous Mayflower and Corporation Beaches. We love the Cape especially Dennis and this gem of a home centrally located in South Dennis

Our family of four adults and two children (ages 7 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this roomy South Dennis home. Laura, the owner, was fantastic to work with—responsive and readily available from our first inquiry through booking and throughout our entire stay. The house itself is clean, lovingly maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to beaches on both the bay side and Nantucket Sound. We loved that it is on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and being close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail made for great biking and walking during our visit.

The shed has a good assortment of beach gear; noodles, beach chairs, beach cart/wagons, medium size cooler, toys, games like connect 4, corn hole, etc. It was also a great place to store our bikes.

We would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a great Cape Cod vacation home!

We truly enjoyed the week we spent at Hoppy's Landing! The property is very comfortable, and every detail has been thought of. We loved all the different outdoor spaces, s'mores by the fire pit and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. We were very happy the home is tucked away in a neighborhood and had a great time taking walks around the neighborhood and all the residents were so friendly! The location is perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, golf and the best beaches in Dennis! Laura was very responsive and immediately answered any questions I had. We had a great time and hope to stay here again in the future!

This is our third year staying at this amazing house in Dennis. It is clean, well decorated, and conveniently located. In addition, there is a large yard with a fire pit, shed with beach supplies, outdoor shower, deck, and pergola. My son loved playing wiffle ball in the yard with his cousins and making s'mores. We plan on returning next year!

This rental home is just as advertised, what you don't know from the pictures is that everything in this home is quality. Not your average cheap furniture you find in most rentals. The outdoor gazebo was a favorite gathering place. The fire pit, the shed full of toys and everything you need for the beach complimented by a big back yard. The boys especially loved the outdoor shower.
The house is clean and well cared for. It's big enough to find a quiet place for yourself but cozy enough to enjoy family time together.
Location is great on a quiet street yet minutes to shopping and beaches. Laura was very attentive yet mindful of our privacy. All in all a lovely home.

This was our third time staying here and it is the perfect location as we love mid ape and the home is beautiful and very spacious even though we spend most of our time outside because there's two beautiful areas to sit to accommodate a good size family This is our forever place to stay going forward. I wouldn't change a thing and nothing at all needs to be added

Hoppys landing was such a nice place to stay. Clean, all amenities available .Close to bay beaches. The owners were readily available if needed. Looking forward to staying again.

Our family loves this Cape house. This is our second year staying here and we hope to come back again next year. The house has a great open concept on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with plenty of space to sleep on the second floor. The back yard is very large with lots of room for young children to run around and play. It includes a cozy fire pit, a shed with toys and beach gear, and a new gazebo with easily adjustable walls/flaps and comfortable seating inside. The house is also in a great location. Thanks for a great week!

I can't recommend Laura's house enough. Beautiful home that is very well taken care of. Laura was very helpful and always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our time on vacation . We will definitely be back in future ! Thanks again Laura !

Perfect Vacation House

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. Laura was so easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. We would love to go back next summer . Honestly it was a perfect house for us. Thank you Laura for sharing hippy landing with us.

This was our 3rd year spending our Cape Cod vacation in this beautiful home. We come back because the house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with necessities. Laura is very accommodating and easy to work with.

My daughter, brother, two nephews and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoppy's Landing on our annual visit to the Cape!

The home was well furnished and there was more than enough room for us to share the house comfortable for the week!

The home itself came fully stocked with everything you could need in terms of appliances and kitchen amenities.

We loved the close proximity to the Stop and Shop and other stores.

A quick 10-12 minute drive brought us to our favorite beach, Mayflower!

The entire process of booking the house from beginning to end was made easy by Laura and she was wonderful to deal with.

We can't say enough good things about the house and our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. The house is welcoming and located in the great location. We had such a good experience last year so we returned this year.

My family and I had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The house had everything to offer; a well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, gorgeous yard and more. The shed had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient to so many things. Laura was especially accommodating and made our stay extra nice. We miss it already and are hoping to return next summer!

You had excellent communication and were available for any questions.The house was clean and comfortable. The six of us had plenty of room. The two showers with the additional outdoor shower worked great. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas you had available. Having been to the Cape more than a dozen times this was very nice!
The only thing you could do better is provide a couple extra sunny days ;) Lol.

This was our second year staying at Hoppy's Landing - we came back because we had a great experience staying here last year and again it did not disappoint! The house is beautiful and fully stocked with pretty much everything you need - including kitchen and shed with beach supplies/toys. Laura is very easy to work with and replies quickly to questions. Our kids are already looking forward to returning next summer to "our" Cape home!

I can't say enough about this house and it's owners who are very cordial and take care of their home. The location is perfect as well We've been coming to Dennis for quite a few years and renting various places. Not any more. We found our vacation home for as long as we can keep renting it

This house is a gem! It is beautifully decorated, the host, Laura, is very welcoming and the house is very well maintained. Our family enjoyed the layout of the living room/dining area for board games, a movie on the big screen and hanging out. It's centrally located on the cape. We can't wait to come back.

An amazing rental experience! We loved the newly built home that felt like home to us. So many thoughtful touches and conveniences while giving a nautical feel. We traveled with 4 adults and 7 kids (two being infants) and Laura was extremely accommodating to our needs. Everyone was very comfortable for the stay. The house has lots to offer for a fun week away. We always appreciate an open concept main floor which is ideal for families and groups. We also love how close it is to the best beach on the Cape, Mayflower Beach. On days where we thought it would be crowded we loved the equally close option of West Dennis beach. Additionally, Dennis is a great Cape town with so much to do and lots of places to eat (both upscale & casual). This house is minutes away from all the best spots. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this rental!!

The house was immaculate and had everything we could have asked for and more. The yard/outdoor seating was especially nice at night. All of us slept great and the amenities made us feel right at home. Laura is super to work with and I can't recommend her enough. She has a whole book of things to see and do plus menus for places nearby. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Stayed with 5 adults and one child and the house couldn't be more comfortable. Thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the house, the owner check ins (via text) were great for any question we may have had. The location for us was perfect as I grew up not far from the house so we already loved the area. Walk to Kelly Park where my grandson loves the fitness activities, very short drive to our favorite bayside beach, Sea Street in East Dennis, and close to stores and restaurants, all while being in a quiet neighborhood. Honestly, the owners have thought of everything, you only need your clothes in your suitcase because they've thoughtfully provided everything else!

"Hoppy's Landing" was the perfect location for us. The home is all new, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and made S'mores one evening at the fire pit. The central location in the Mid-Cape area was great for exploring various beaches and sites. We appreciated being able to use the provided beach chairs and beach umbrella on our beach trips. Most of our travels were just a short car drive away. We also enjoyed walking through the small neighborhood and on the walking path along the main road. There is a public park right around the corner and an entry to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is only about 1 mile away. Food shopping is close by too as are many restaurants. The owner even checked in with us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 5. Plenty of room for all and lots of activities for the kids. There were all kinds of activities for the kids inside the house as well as a fully stocked shed with toys for the kids to use in the yard and at the beach. The house was clean, and had a lot of natural light. The AC worked very well both up and downstairs. The kitchen came fully stocked which was extremely helpful as we could cook at home and not have to run out to the store for small things. The deck, patio, and fire pit were a wonderful place to hangout after a day at the beach.

Great location, only a few minutes to several beaches, stores, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with very low traffic also a plus for kids.

The home owner was also very responsive, there were a few things we needed and she was extremely helpful and answered us immediately. Would highly recommend staying here and we would rent from them again.

Place was big, clean, and had every convenience you need for a week in cape cod. Very centrally located so its easy to get to any other parts of cape cod. No issues getting to bars, restaurants and beaches from here.

By far the best Air BB I have stayed at. Laura's house is incredibly ORGANIZED with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house is brand new and beautifully maintained. Amenities are close and the neighborhood is wonderful. It was perfect for my family and I recommend this home to anyone looking for a warm welcome in a home away from home. Book it!!!!!

This was a great rental. It's new, clean, in a perfect location and exactly as described. The owner was also very communicative and easy to reach. In addition, they had plenty of kids toys and other beach amenities which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The house was clean, nice, renovated with a great back yard, in the perfect location...close to everything and had everything we needed. We enjoyed many close by activities!!!

The owner was quick to answer questions and went above and beyond with communication. A very sweet person!!! Overall, we enjoyed the stay and were very happy with the place. We would definitely recommend this rental property.

This house was lovely, comfortable, convenient and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen was a wonderful place for family gatherings.
Bathrooms were new and shiny clean.  The couches, tv and mattresses were new and very comfortable.
I liked the big side deck with two patio umbrellas and a large table.  Big grassy area for the kids to play on in the backyard which  can be seen from the deck.
 An easy drive to several beaches with everything centrally located including convenient shopping center and restaurants. I loved my stay and can't wait to return!
 

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation retreat this comfortable and welcoming home is the place.
We enjoyed a wonderful and memorable time there with our family. The home is bright, spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
The grounds are left in its natural state, perfect for bird watching from the lovely deck.
On a morning walk we were greeted by wild turkeys.
Close by we spent time on wonderful beaches-Mayflower beach our favorite-and went to great restaurants.
We will be booking this home again next year.
