All rooms are freshly painted, and there is a brand new kitchen with new appliances and dinnerware, 2 large bedrooms (one with queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a study desk; another one with two twin beds, dresser and nightstand), and one full bathroom with shower tub. Window AC unit in both bedrooms and the dining room for your enjoyment. Brand new washer/dryer located on the first floor. All new furniture throughout, new BBQ set, patio furniture and outdoor shower. Large and level yard for the whole family to relax after a busy beach day.

Owner's note: This house is smoke and pet free. There is no TV in the house but there is high-speed internet.
