Most of the open weeks are for the "A" (left) side of duplex style home on a quiet side lane just 4/10 mile from Bayview Beach or 1/2 mile from ever popular Mayflower Beach. Or at the end of your Cape Cod day, go see the amazing sunsets from Chapin Beach. Dennis Village shops & restaurants are nearby as well as the historic cultural center of the Cape Cinema, Cape Playhouse & Cape Cod Museum of Art!!
Each side features a comfortable size living room with slider to a deck & an efficient kitchen with dining area. Enjoy the private, enclosed, outside shower after a day at the beach (there are 2 of those as well). There are 3 bedrooms & a full bath (there is one window AC in the Queen bedroom) on each side. This is a sure pleaser that you will return to year after year. Sorry no dishwasher & no washer/dryer. Neat as a pin! A rare find of affordable option within walking distance of beach. If you have a larger group rent both sides!! Note: 6/20 open in BOTH units so if you have a larger group or friends you'd love 'nearby', good option!
