The place was awesome. Plenty of room. Master bedroom is private. House is well equipped with everything a large family would need. Within walking distance to many amenities. I would highly recommend renting this house from Rachel and Kevin. They are wonderful hosts.

I have been renting houses through weneedavaction.com for over a decade all over the Cape (Hyannis, Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Truro, etc) and have never had a better experience with owners, the property and the location. Kevin and Rachel were responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating to any asks - even last minute ones for strollers! They made us feel completely welcome and comfortable from day one. Our party consisted of babies, toddlers, teens/20s, adults and seniors. The house easily accommodated all of us; allowing us to spread out when needed and was quiet inviting with its open areas, tons of natural light and decor. We very much enjoyed creating meals in the kitchen on the gas stove and eating together in the dining area, The front porch was a favorite, weather it was to chat with friendly neighbors/passerbys, to have a nightcap and play jenga, or to calm a fussy baby. :) The 3 yr old loved the bonus play room/sunroom with all its toys. We all thoroughly enjoyed the corn hole and had few tournaments. The proximity of the house to a few beaches (2 that were less than 8 minute walk) was great with little ones, as well as for fishing or stargazing. There was also no shortage of walkable food options, which was great for my parents who enjoy strolling. There are a great deal of activities less than a 10/15-minute drive - our favorites being Pirate's Cove mini golf, the Inflatable Water park (great for infants/toddlers through to 18 y/o), bumper boats and several go-karts. It is also close to a fishing charter, Albatross, which was well priced. For the older group - our favorite was kayaking on Swan River - something we had wanted to try for years - and proximity to jet-ski and parasailing was great. The closeness of so many of our favorite activities allowed us to do more than we normally could historically. It was over too soon and no one wanted to go home. We enjoyed our stay and working with Kevin and Rachel so much we plan to make this our yearly spot! show more show less
