Have dinner on the deck and play lawn games in the private back yard. Take a short walk to enjoy the sunset over the Bass River.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathes. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, Wifi, smart TV, dishwasher, laundry, air conditioning, outdoor shower and plenty of parking. Linens and towels are included. Use the pool, lawn games and 2 kayaks stored by the river.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is 2 minutes away so bring your bikes. Dennis boasts some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape including Corporation and Mayflower Beaches on Cape Cod Bay and West Dennis Beach on the ocean. A 20 minute drive will take you to the National Seashore beaches in Orleans, and the Outer Cape is within reach. Two grocery stores are nearby and restaurants abound. Ice cream, mini-golf, go-carts... you'll never be bored!
