We are situated just off of Old Wharf Road in Dennis Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to beautiful Raycroft Beach, and a 7 minute walk (3/10 mile) to the popular Sea St. Beach. We are first time Cape owners, and we will be making updates throughout the off season to make the 2022 rental season an amazing one!

Our home was built in 1970 and sits on a very quiet road, just a stone's throw to the ocean! You will be a short walk from some amazing dining options, The Ocean House & The Pelham House, and a walk or short ride to the Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat & Anchor, Swan River Seafoods, Sundae School and Bandera's Market to name a few.

The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining room. There is a 4k cable TV over the fireplace that adds warmth and character to the beach-chic inspired decor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, first floor bedroom featuring bunk beds (full & twin), and full bathroom with shower. The second floor features two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom features a full sized bed and twin sized bed. WIFI throughout. New Central AC installed, and the basement includes a washer/dryer.

Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the oversized front deck after grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood.

Cape Cod and particularly Dennis Port have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or to Harwich Port Main Street for shopping and dining. Go for a round of golf or two in at Bayberry Hills Golf Course, or take on the beautiful Bass River Golf Course. And don't forget to take a ride down to Swan River and rent kayaks for a leisurely ride down Swan River!

No smoking, no pets. Driveway fits 3 vehicles. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach buggy available.

    Loved our time at Sidewaves!

    Enjoyed a week in July at Sidewaves recently and we give it a 5/5 star rating! The location was great—walkable to Sea St Beach, Raycroft Beach & Sundae School. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids and we loved being able to relax on the deck at the picnic table for meals. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, providing a superb list of recommendations, extras to borrow (beach wagon!) and special touches that made us feel welcome. Also, the A/C was a must on our list and worked great on a week that saw temperatures up into the 90s. show more show less

    What a wonderful beach house with everything we needed! Close to the beautiful Dennisport beaches, walking to Sea st was the best!! House was so clean and adorable! The host was always quick to respond and great recommendations were available!! It was our home away from home! Can't wait to come back!!

    Adorable house, PERFECT location!

    Sidewaves was the perfect spot for our spring break getaway. The house is adorable, the location is awesome, and it is well-equipped for a family with young children! The short walk to Raycroft beach with a toddler in tow was much easier with access to the rental's beach wagon and toys. We also took advantage of using the BOB stroller to walk to the park and the pack n play instead of bringing our own. The drive to some of our favorite restaurants in Dennis Port and Harwich Port was quick and convenient. We cannot wait to go back! show more show less

    Great, clean unit. Walking distance to beach, close to town center. Quiet neighborhood. Unit is set up well for families, two bed rooms for kids plus a master bedroom. We'll-equipped kitchen for cooking. Was perfect for a spring getaway with the family. Owner was responsive and accommodating.
