Sidewaves was perfect for myself, my husband and 2 teenage daughters. The house was in a really nice, quiet neighborhood and was a very easy walk to Sea Street beach. It was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay!

We just wrapped up our Dennis Port vacation in Sidewaves, it was our first year staying there; our 30th in DP. This is a special home, it is so organized, immaculately clean and in pristine condition. The first five minutes I was in the door I texted the owner to put me in for the same week next year. Also, I found myself on Amazon the next morning trying to find half of the items they have decorated the cottage with. It's just that perfect. If I won the lottery I would I would give them a blank check. It has all the amenities, beach chairs, toys for children and a basement full of fun things to do on a rainy day. The owners shared both their personal contacts and responded within minutes of any questions we had during our stay.
It is a quick walk to beautiful beaches, great places to eat, The Pelham House, Ocean House and Sailing Cow just to name a few. Plus, you are a quick car ride to Harwich Port for great shopping, coffee and beer gardens and even more great eats.
This slice of Heaven neighborhood can not be beat in my opinion and this cottage makes it even more special.

Very tidy and lovely Cape Beach House that was equipped with everything you need. A great three bedroom and nice bathroom that is walking distance with four kids to the local beach. Pat and Kerri are great hosts and there when you need him. I was having trouble late night getting the TV to work and Pat was helpful and responsive to get the game working. Overall, a very nice place and a great beach vacation get away with the family. We had a great stay and are planning to return next year!

Side waves is amazing! This was one of our best family vacations! This house is the perfect location, walking distance to beaches and great restaurants. The outside shower is just perfect after a beach day. We can't wait for our 2024 trip!

Had a great week in the cottage in Cape Cod! Pat replied to any queries I had before and during the week very quickly via email. This was much appreciated. The cottage was well equipped and a great location!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sidewaves! This was our first family vacation to the Cape and we had such a great time. The house was adorable and worked perfect for our family of 6. The location was great, the beach was just a short walk away and of course, we loved being so close to Sundae School!

Enjoyed a week in July at Sidewaves recently and we give it a 5/5 star rating! The location was great—walkable to Sea St Beach, Raycroft Beach & Sundae School. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids and we loved being able to relax on the deck at the picnic table for meals. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, providing a superb list of recommendations, extras to borrow (beach wagon!) and special touches that made us feel welcome. Also, the A/C was a must on our list and worked great on a week that saw temperatures up into the 90s.

What a wonderful beach house with everything we needed! Close to the beautiful Dennisport beaches, walking to Sea st was the best!! House was so clean and adorable! The host was always quick to respond and great recommendations were available!! It was our home away from home! Can't wait to come back!!

Great home walking distance to beach!

Sidewaves was the perfect spot for our spring break getaway. The house is adorable, the location is awesome, and it is well-equipped for a family with young children! The short walk to Raycroft beach with a toddler in tow was much easier with access to the rental's beach wagon and toys. We also took advantage of using the BOB stroller to walk to the park and the pack n play instead of bringing our own. The drive to some of our favorite restaurants in Dennis Port and Harwich Port was quick and convenient. We cannot wait to go back!

Great, clean unit. Walking distance to beach, close to town center. Quiet neighborhood. Unit is set up well for families, two bed rooms for kids plus a master bedroom. We'll-equipped kitchen for cooking. Was perfect for a spring getaway with the family. Owner was responsive and accommodating.
