Come enjoy our beautiful Cape Cod home within walking distance to Nantucket Sound beaches and in a quiet neighborhood. The home is just 1/5 mile from Seaview Park which includes Sea View Beach, walking trails, a children's play area and gardens. It is less than 1/2 mile to two other beaches - Inman and Belmont Beaches, all on Nantucket Sound. The Harwich Conservation Land is just over 5/8 mile away: here there are acres of walking trails, lakes, rivers, ponds and cranberry bogs. One mile from our home you will find the Cape Cod Bike Trail, an oasis ready for adventure. We are conveniently located less than 1/2 mile to Dennisport Village which has a brand new Public Library, Dennisport Natural Market, Ocean State Job Lot, liquor store, antique


stores and much more.

The property is well groomed and immaculate with more than adequate front and back yard and parking for four cars. The first floor has recently been redecorated and provides a cozy retreat with much charm.

It has two bedrooms (a queen and two single beds), fireplace, updated bathroom, a full kitchen which leads to a large deck with a gas grill for summertime burgers, and wonderful views throughout. The screened in front porch offers a great escape for morning coffee, outdoor meals and family games.

The second (upstairs) unit with its own separate entrance also has 2 bedrooms (double and one single bed), full kitchen, a cozy lounge area with Queen size futon leading to a private viewing deck.

Both units are equipped with TVs, washer and dryers. There is an outdoor shower on the property.

We will prepare the house for your arrival and provide the keys for your Cape Cod holiday. You will be hosted by the owners (Birgit and Bob), and we put effort into ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. We're sure our home will make your stay on the Cape a relaxing and memorable vacation with its abundant amenities and fabulous atmosphere. Those wanting to party will want to find another location as the owners value the peace and quiet the property has to offer.

Great Place!

My extended family has stayed here 2 years in a row. It’s on a nice quiet street but close to everything. Walk to the beach and park with a playground, awesome ice cream parlor, and many restaurants nearby. There’s plenty of room for a large family. Our favorite part is the big screened in front porch. Birgit and Bob are the perfect hosts.

Great Location!!!

This was the second summer we stayed here, and we are going back this summer. The house is clean, and has everything you need. The outside deck is great for gatherings, and the front screened-in porch comes in handy after dark. Short walk to the beach, and a bike ride to shopping in Dennis. Bob is friendly, and he knows the area well.

Great Vacation Week, Perfect Location!

We had a great time staying at this home! The house was very clean when we arrived, which as clean people we really appreciated. The house was literally equipped with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, grilling, beach, etc. Bob was such a great host and offered us bikes, fishing rods, swimming devices, etc. to use if we wanted. The .4 mile walk to the beach was perfect so that we did not have to pay to park or deal with driving there. The house was also within a mile/walking distance of many local restaurants which we took advantage of. We used the back patio and the grill a lot for grilling dinner - when we ran out of gas, Bob had an extra tank in the shed! The front and backyard were beautiful and perfect for daytime activities. "We have stayed in this house for one week every summer for 12 years. It feels like our "home away from home" now. We just got back from our week in the Cape and miss it already. The house is perfect for reading on the front porch with coffee and eating dinner together on the back porch. If you have kids it is a great yard to play in and my kids love the owners Bob and Birgit , who live next door. We look forward to going every year and hope to continue the tradition for MANY more years to come. Trust me- you will love it as much as my family does!" show more show less

Birgit works at the Organic Market in Dennisport and Roberto is a handyman.
They do all the landscaping, property maitenance, bookings and cleaning.

The couple's main objective is for the guests to enjoy their stay on Cape Cod!
