So many amenities near by - you will be walking distance to Dennis beaches, OceanHouse, Pelham House, Sundae school and the WeePacket. 4 Adirondack chairs on the front porch great for morning coffee or an afternoon adult beverage.

Enjoy making your family meals in the gourmet kitchen with state of the art stove, double ovens, 6 seater island dishwasher. There is a screened in 3 season room off the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee/OJ (2 lounge chairs and table with 6 seats). Dining area has a large table for meals or game nights that seats 8 that's open to the family room with an L shaped couch, 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

First floor has central A/C:
1st room: King Bed double sink shower en-suite with a walk-in closet & TV
1/2 bathroom off mudroom area
Large Washer and Dryer

Second Floor: Each room has individually controlled mini-split A/C unit. TV in each bedroom:
2nd room: King bed double sink shower en-suite with walk-in closet
3rd room: Queen bed shower ensuite
4th room: Queen bed with one twin bunk (will use double sink bathroom with shower tub on 2nd floor)
5th room: Double twin bunk room (will use double sink bathroom with shower tub on 2nd floor)

We include 8 Beach chairs, outdoor games like corn hole and washers, beach caddy, beach towels AND an outdoor shower.

Renters need to bring their own linens for bedding and bath towels (kitchen towels are included). We can refer you to a local linen provider.

    Absolutely fantastic

    This is an absolutely fantastic property. Spacious, extremely clean with every amenity imaginable. Great yard for the kids, convenient to everything. Our extended family had a great vacation. Anjali & Rob are exceptional hosts - very friendly and accommodating. The house has everything a large group needs to create special memories.

    Wonderful House and Great Location!

    Great family vacation for multiple families! We really enjoyed staying here the last two years. We have high school and college age kids and there is plenty of room to gather or to find a quiet spot to read a book. The yard it terrific for games and eating outdoors. We enjoy walking to the beach or grabbing an ice cream. The house is very clean, well taken care of, and the kitchen is well stocked. This has become a favorite destination for our family.
