Come be a Cape Codder for a week and enjoy the charm of this fully renovated cottage in South Dennis. It is located about an hour and half from Boston, and home to 16 beautiful beaches, including Mayflower Beach, which is consistently rated as a vacationer's favorite! Dennis Village is just minutes away and home to many shops, restaurants, ice cream shoppes and bayside beaches. It’s also a perfect central location with easy access to bustling Hyannis where you can board a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, and just about an hour from Provincetown, the farthest point on the Cape.

The cottage has deeded beach rights to Kelly's bay and is located only 500 feet away, making it easy to drop your kayaks in, take the kids to splash and play in the water or just enjoy the sights and sounds of Cape Cod. Johnny Kelley Rec Park is located on the other end of the street and offers pickle ball courts , tennis courts, baseball fields, and walking trails. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is located just 1 mile from cottage and when riding your bikes there, you can stop at the well-known and much loved Red Cottage for breakfast.

Our newly renovated 2/3 bedroom cottage has a modern, coastal decor. The kitchen is well equipped and has brand new appliances and quartz countertops. There is also newly installed central air, new furniture/mattresses, and 4 new smart TVs. Comfortably sleeps 5: master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and our sunroom is being used as a third bedroom, and has a queen bed. The third bedroom does not have central air but a fan will be available for your comfort. Cottage has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and family room in front of home and bedrooms off the family room. The bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination and laundry room located right off kitchen. Newly built deck and stone patio with all new outdoor furniture waiting for you to enjoy outdoor living and a fire pit, gas grill, and a large yard for outdoor activities.

Located in a quiet neighborhood setting and just over 4 miles to beautiful Mayflower beach and Corporation beach. Dennis is also home to many 5 star restaurants including the Ocean House and Pelham house, ice cream shops, and shopping in nearby Dennis Village.

Min. 7 night bookings from June 10th-Sept. 30th. All other times are 2-3 night minimum.

Trash pickup is twice a week and there are parking spaces for 2 to 3 cars.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Keyless entry - guest provided with personal access code prior to Check-In.

    Clean, Adorable Cape Cottage! Close to town RecPlex/Activity Trail

    We were delighted with all aspects of this adorable Cape cottage! The open cooking/dining/living space made it feel very spacious, and the owners thought of everything anyone could need for their family vacation (games closet, storage space, fire pit, ample outdoor area, smart tvs laundry, cleaning supplies, etc.) I really appreciated the cleanliness and updated decor of this rental home, and I think families will enjoy that the Dennis Recreation Complex is so close by! There are tennis and basketball courts, a fitness/walking trail, playground equipment, softball fields, etc. Grace is very pleasant to communicate with and checked in before and after the trip to make sure all went well.     Beautiful Cottage by the Bay!

    From the moment we walked into Bliss by the Bay we felt at home. The warm, inviting, modern decor felt like an upscale resort in a private, beachside setting. Bliss by the Bay was spotless and provided everything our family needed for the week. The open concept kitchen and living room gave space for our family to prepare meals and play board games in the evenings. The spacious bedrooms and outdoor deck and yard allowed for the children to spread out throughout the home and enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Grace was amazing to work with throughout the process! We can't wait to go back to Bliss By the Bay next summer!

    Amazing!!

    Bliss by the Bay was absolutely perfect for our family! Everything is newly updated and clean… the home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor patio was great and you can't beat the outdoor shower. We also loved having a tv in each bedroom… everyone was happy! Grace was so helpful, kind and extremely responsive. We can't wait to go back!

    Fabulous getaway spot

    Enjoyed our time at Bliss by the Bay. Perfect location, near shopping, beaches and highway. Easy access to all cape routes. The house fit our family of 4 perfectly. The outside shower was amazing, when you came back from the beach.

    We will definitely be back to rent again. House has all amenities of your own home. Grace provided all details upfront and was great to work with!

    Adorable

    Just got home after a week stay at "Bliss by the Bay." Everything was just as advertised, house was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Grace thought of everything and anything you could possibly need. Texts were answered immediately with any questions. Can't say enough about this property, we will be back!

    Great Week at Bliss by the Bay

    Great little cottage. Fully renovated. Everything you need. Plenty of space for family of 5 - including 3 young adults. Grace was super easy to work with and very responsive. Will rent again. Highly recommend.

    Totally Blissful!

    We just finished our 1 week stay and LOVED the house! It's clean, wonderfully decorated, and super comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 kids under 7 and had plenty of space to play and relax.

    The hosts have really paid attention to detail- the kitchen had all of the gadgets and cookware you could need. There was a game closet, 2 cozy backyard seating areas and top of the line appliances. The outdoor shower was wonderful and could fit an entire family! Washer/dryer and dishwasher made for easy clean up too. Smart TVs in each room made it convenient to jump right into shows we watch at home.

    The location is great- walking distance to a shaded playground with tennis and basketball courts as well. We walked to Kelley's pond several times and even did some fishing there. This house is a gem and we'll be back next summer for sure!     show more show less

    Our names are Brian and Grace Lavoie. We have 3 wonderful grown children and have always loved vacationing at the Cape and have finally decided to buy a place of our own here. We love exploring what the Cape has to offer: bike riding along the National Seashore, enjoying some of the best seafood around, sunset dinners by the beach or visiting all the different quaint towns at the Cape, including P-Town! We are thrilled to share our cottage with you and are hoping you create many wonderful memories here like we have.

    What is special about this property?
    We just love how close the cottage is to the water. We love to kayak and it was one of the reasons we purchased the home. The cottage is located close to everything: restaurants, the bike trail, bayside beaches and nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
