Kevin and Rachel Cushing purchased Ocean View Guest Lodge and cottages in December 2020. We poured our hearts into restoring/renovating the Lodge and Cottages with the goal of opening the properties (one main house 5 BR plus optional 6th BR and three cottages) to guests to enjoy an old time Cape Cod feel with updated amenities. Located on a dead-end lane, off of Depot Street, the property allows for both large and small groups. We will consider one dog per cottage as we are dog owners ourselves and personally enjoy taking our dogs with us on vacation. Rachel grew up spending her summers on Sunset Lane with her grandparents who owned a property that is still in the family next door. Rachel and Kevin have two young children.

What is special about this property?
The location is by far the top amenity. The cottage has easy beach access with the ability to walk home for a drink, bathroom break or sandwich, but also has excellent walkable restaurants, sundae school and the tiki bar with live music at the Ocean House. The location is remarkably quite, yet steps from some of the top Dennis Port spots such as The Pelham House, Sundae School, and The Ocean House/Tiki Bar. Another amazing feature of the cottage is its back screened in porch that is full of sunlight nearly all day long. If you look carefully you can see the ocean from inside the cottage.
