Amazing place to enjoy your summer with your family and friends. Conveniently located near Patriots Square in Dennis, restaurants for shopping or dining and just minutes away from the Cape Cod Trail. Easy one-floor living in this ranch-style house with three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen flows into a dining area and opens to a screened porch. A deck and outdoor shower are right outside the porch door and conservation land behind the house provides nice privacy. With Dennis beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay, you can take your pick.

Our family likes riding bikes on Cape Cod Trail and getting fresh oysters from Big Rock Oyster, which is right on the bike path. We also enjoy bringing our jet ski to the Follins Pond, which is a 7-minute drive from the house. It has a boat ramp, local beach and free parking.

Cartwheels, Go Carts and arcade provide lots of fun for the entire family.
