Amazing place to enjoy your summer with your family and friends. Conveniently located near Patriots Square in Dennis, restaurants for shopping or dining and just minutes away from the Cape Cod Trail. Easy one-floor living in this ranch-style house with three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen flows into a dining area and opens to a screened porch. A deck and outdoor shower are right outside the porch door and conservation land behind the house provides nice privacy. With Dennis beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay, you can take your pick.

Our family likes riding bikes on Cape Cod Trail and getting fresh oysters from Big Rock Oyster, which is right on the bike path. We also enjoy bringing our jet ski to the Follins Pond, which is a 7-minute drive from the house. It has a boat ramp, local beach and free parking.

Cartwheels, Go Carts and arcade provide lots of fun for the entire family. You can finish the day with the fresh seafood from the Kream 'N Cone.

    I cannot begin to state how much we LOVED our stay at Kat's house! She has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel at home. The house is pristine and stocked with everything you would ever need.
    We LOVED the screened-in porch. From morning coffee to star gazing at night after long days at the beach. I think that was our favorite spot.

    The outdoor shower is spacious and feels glorious after a day at the beach.

    Kat is super responsive and was a joy to rent from. We have rentedon the Cape for many years and this was our best rental experience. Thank you for such a wonderful Cape escape, Kat.

    We are already missing this Cozy Cape Cod Getaway and look forward to returning next year!     show more show less
