This quaint cottage called Coral and its twin, Starfish Cottage, are two of the best beachfront cottages located in Dennis Port. These beachfront homes are perfect for small families to enjoy a laid-back week directly on the water. All you need to do is walk out your front door a few steps and down the stairs to relax on the beach. Our Private Beach is 100 feet of oceanfront. Plenty of room for you to enjoy and no need to get up early to secure your spot on the beach. These two homes offer a rare opportunity for beachfront on a budget for a family up to 5 people.

The deck is available for outdoor dining. The updated interior features laminate wood floors adorned with simple but nice furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with Stovetop/Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Blender and all the necessities for preparing & cooking a meal. Coral Cottage has two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the Guest Bedroom has a twin over double Bunk Bed. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and XBox. The recently painted interior makes it very light and bright and certainly has the beachy feel. There is an ocean view from the living room window. The home is cooled/heated with a Mitsubishi mini-split unit. There is parking for one car in front of the cottage.<br /> <br /> There is a gas grill and outdoor shower on the property.
