Great house! Very close to the beach and surrounding Dennis area. Everything you need is available in the house and the owners were super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay on Cape! The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable for us. We loved the outdoor shower and don't even use the inside one! Quiet dead end street. Close proximity to our new favorite ice cream place Sundae
School and also close to The Dog House (a must try!) There is lovely outdoor table in the back where we had morning coffee. Michelle was very pleasant to work with and always responsive to my questions. Other than less than stellar weather, we had a wonderful week!

This was our first year renting this adorable cottage. It met our needs beautifully. The bedrooms were spacious, eat in kitchen table, large kitchen, adorable sunroom, comfortable living room and 2 bathrooms was great. The cottage was very clean and a really nice patio backyard and outdoor shower. And decorated in a great Cape style decor.
The location is perfect being close to beaches, shops and our favorite restaurants. The street is quiet and great area for walks.
I spoke with the owner Michelle several times and she was so attentive for if I had any questions and if everything was sufficient for our week at Cape.
I've rented 27 years in Dennis/Dennisport over the past years and this lovely cottage is one of my favorites if not my favorite!

This was our first time renting this house and we were very happy. It had plenty of room for our family of five and the interior was clean and comfortable with a nice new bathroom. Neighborhood was quiet but very accessible to several beaches and great places to eat that covered all the bases for the kids (hotdogs, ice cream, etc.).
Owners are wonderful, a pleasure to talk to and always prompt and helpful with their responses.

Shore Beats Working says it all. Michell was such a gracious host and had everything taken card of before, upon and during the week after our arrival. The house was immaculate in an adorable neighborhood. Within walking distance of Dennis beaches, shops and food. Beds were so comfortabe and everything you needed was in the kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our second year renting this charming cottage did not disappoint. The bathroom has been remodeled since last year. It's beautiful. The owners are so nice and flexible to work with. The house is clean , neighborhood quiet, and its proximity to so many fun things to do is a big selling point. We will be back next year!

The house is cute, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The layout is great for a family. It has multiple living spaces and a nice backyard, with a patio and outdoor shower. There were many extras provided- snacks and toiletries, a friendly note from the owner, and a book filled with information about the house and the local area. The street is quiet and near many beaches, shops and restaurants~many within walking distance. It was a perfect getaway & "shore beats workin!"

The house is very well maintained. All beddings, windows, floor looked new. Everything functioned well, very clean. The outdoor shower is lovely. The owners have put a lot of efforts into the house and it shows. Michelle is very responsive, answered all inquiries very fast. We very much enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful week at this location. The home was immaculate with a great layout. The outdoor space was perfect for our family. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes in the yard and in the cul de sac. Perfect neighborhood. The home was close to everywhere we needed to go! The owners, Michelle and DeWayne, could not have been any nicer. During a couple of bad storms, Michelle reached out to be sure we were okay! We had a great week! The home was bright, spacious, clean with all of the amenities needed. Location was under a mile to the beach and the area had so much to offer. The brand new patio in the back with a new grill was perfect for barbecuing with family and friends. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. Thank you to our hosts, Michelle and DeWayne who made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

We typically try to stay in a different house every year for the past 20 years. This year's house was close to a beach and our favorite ice cream place ( Sunday School). The house was great we enjoyed the layout of it.

We stayed during 4th of July week and the cottage had everything a family of four would need and plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower was a plus! Quick drive or walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this Dennis Port cottage. It was clean, and so very comfortable. There was 4 of us staying there so I loved that it had one and a half baths! Every thing has been done over inside and out. It has old Cape Cod charm but completely updated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Also a hugh selling point for me was the washer and dryer. You don't have to pack as much if you know you can wash your towels and clothes. It's also close to so many things. West Dennis beach is great! Restaurants, mini golf, there's a really cute give shop close by. We also got a lot of fishing in! Fantastic. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood for families. A good value and a great place to vacation! I'll be back next year!!!

We are grateful to have found this clean and well appointed cottage, fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. The description is accurate; the house is on a very peaceful street and has been recently refreshed. The beds were very comfortable, bedding was obviously new and overall the house was larger than we expected. The living room is large and the seating is comfortable. The kitchen is roomy and the bonus sunroom allowed my family to spread out. We have stayed at other local cottages with only a living room and appreciated the extra space. Also, having an extra half bath made for a more comfortable week. Despite it being December, and the weather cold, we found plenty to do. We enjoyed the coastal scenery; watching the boats, driving by several beaches and watching the sunset before dinner out. There are several choices of restaurants in the area, tons of shopping, etc. We are looking forward to returning to try kayaking, biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, mini golf and spending time at the multitude of local beaches. So much to do in this area!

You won't regret renting this home. Close to everything. Quiet road. House was perfect.

My husband and I stayed at this sweet cottage, just after Labor Day. It was the perfect location to enjoy two now-uncrowded Cape Cod beaches, located right down the street. The cottage itself was so clean and so comfortable with plenty of space inside. We enjoyed barbecuing in the private backyard, as well as eating at several of the restaurants nearby, and shopping, too. This would be a great cottage to rent, with our grandchildren, next summer.

We really enjoyed our time at this house! It is clean, well equipt and is the perfect place for a relaxing cape getaway with family and/or friends. The location is excellent near Haigis Beach, grocery stores, and Cuffys (store with all kinds of cape merchandise), We were lucky enough to be able to walk to the beach and see fireworks while we were there, along with the beautiful sunset!

We loved this clean, quaint cottage. It was stocked with every amenity: a frig, cable a grill, beach toys for the kids, chairs to lounge on the beach, and a view of the sunset through the kitchen window!! There were many very clean beaches within a short distance from the cottage, some were within walking or biking distance. I highly recommend it for a taste of Cape Cod, as there are many good great sea food restaurants, ice cream stands and breakfast nooks. We so enjoyed our stay.

Great location on a deadend cul de sac where the little ones can ride bikes. We even met kids in the neighborhood to play with. House is close to everything and has everything you need for a great vacation. Beds were comfortable, loved the outside shower. Kitchen was stocked and we loved having the grill in the back yard. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys are included for the guests.

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our August vacation at this lovely rental home. The house is very clean and spacious, as well as close to several beaches, restaurants, kayaking, mini golf, and many other activities. The owner, Michelle, made a great effort to be sure everything was just right, and even encouraged us to reach out by phone/text if we needed anything throughout the week. We would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone!

My family of 4 had a fantastic week on the Cape! It was our first time staying in Dennisport and we like to beach hop a lot so this home was in a great location for that. It's also very close to the Sundae School ice cream parlor which my kids loved!

The house itself was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided for us. It's also on a dead end street which my kids took advantage of. The had fun riding their bikes around and playing baseball in the turnaround.

We had a great week on Cape! The location of this home is ideal.
Short drive to Hyannis or Chatham. Close to many fantastic restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach!
The house is lovely, plenty of room for a family of six. Fully furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable week.
The owner is delightful. Always available via phone or text. She was very helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to do around town. All in all

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. Could not have been happier in our choice of rentals. House was bigger than we expected and it is on a very quiet street. Easy access to the beach. Only a 2 minute car ride and less than 15 minute walk. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We felt like we lucked out, finding such a clean, newly-renovated cottage. The kitchen was large enough for my 5 person family to cook and eat comfortably. There were plenty of generously sized rooms to spread out, two bathrooms, and a lovely sunroom. It was so close to everything. We visited four Dennis beaches, a restaurant, antique shops and several stores, all in an afternoon.

Beautiful Cape rental, in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the beach. We would rent again!!

Cosy beach themed house within a mile of the beach and close to other resterants and activities like kayaking and shopping. I really enjoyed what the house has to offer and the complementary cape cod chips are a nice touch. The outdoor shower is to die for, and my kids and I really enjoyed it. There are 2 beaches we tried near the house and the one farthest had a swing set that my kids really liked.
