Location! Location! Location! We are new home owners and so excited to share our favorite place with you.
Tucked away on a little side road less than a 10 minute walk to Bayview (1/3 mile) and Mayflower (4/10 mile) Beaches, you will find our newly updated (2022) beach home. Our home also features a large flat back yard, deck, patio, fire pit, outdoor shower and brand new grill.

On the main level, there is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms -- a Master Bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a partially finished basement which has two pull out couches, and an additional living space with a tv.

After a great day at the beach, come back to the house and enjoy sitting under the big tree in the backyard by the fire pit and cook something on the grill. Don't feel like cooking? There are many restaurants nearby that we can recommend.

And don't forget to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on the Cape right at Bayview, Mayflower or Chapins. In addition, our home is less than 1 mile to Dennis village, dining and shopping -- there are a lot great spots to explore.

    Hidden Gem of the Cape

    We had a great Cape vacation at Christine's home. The house is in excellent condition and was perfect for our family of 6. The backyard is large and was great for throwing a frisbee or football around. Bayview Beach is a quick walk away. We would definitely return for another stay!

    This cape is located very close to Mayflower Beach. A short walk from the house and you wre on the beach. The house was immaculate, and the "man-cave" was a hit for our teenage son. The shaded large back yard was ideal for post beach drinks, bbq and fire pits. The owners were incredibly communicative and available if necessary. We look forward to returning and making more great summer memories at Mayflower Beach.

    Perfect Beach House

    My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was perfect and super clean. Could have easily fit more people. The location to great beaches made our trip! We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck and shady back yard. We will be back for sure.

    Great Cape house

    Such a lovely, cozy Cape house! Large, private backyard with a fire pit and deck to sit out on nice nights. It's freshly painted and has new floors, couldn't be cleaner. We have walked over to Mayflower Beach many times and enjoyed it immensely. We will definitely be back to enjoy this adorable house again! Thank you so much!

    We are new owners (as of May 2022!) We have enjoyed vacationing in Yarmouth and Dennis for the past 15 years with family and friends. We also have had our boat docked at Sesuit Marina for about 10 years. We hoped to find a home in the Dennis area as Mayflower has always been our favorite beach to go to each year! Being at Mayflower during low tide at sunset is the best part of our vacation every year.

    We were fortunate to find this diamond in the rough this past April (2022). We closed on the home in May and started updating the interior right away. We hope at some point to retire here but for now, we are excited it is available to rent and hope your family will have a wonderful vacation here.

    What is special about this property?
    Outside, the yard is nice and flat with area to spread out and enjoy. It is shaded by a large tree (which is wonderful for hot days!) with a fire pit under it. We love this spot as it reminds us of camping. We have a nice deck to sit at, outdoor shower and a brand new grill.
    Inside, it is very open, light and airy. Everything is freshly painted and new flooring throughout.



    What is special about your town?
    North Dennis has so much to offer -- wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes and best of all beaches. Mayflower Beach, as well as, Chapins, Bayview and many more are some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod. Our property is hidden on a little side road close to it all. It is located on a quiet road with a short cut path to get to the beaches! No need to drive and park if you don't want to!
    When you drive around Dennis, some of the shops and restaurants are not obvious on the main road, but there are a lot of gems in this town. And many of our favorite places to eat are within a mile walk of our home. We can give you a list of favorites when you stay!
