The house has been updated throughout with new kitchen and stainless-steel appliances, bathrooms, hardwood floors, paint, and many new amenities. It is an open floor plan with an oversized large eat-in kitchen that opens to the living room. The house has a large living room that spans front to the back of the home where you can find plenty of seating, a 50'' smart flatscreen TV, and a foosball table.

From the living room, you can access the backyard where you are greeted by a private covered flagstone patio with a gas grill and picnic table. The yard is very large for those who enjoy yard games - bring them along as you have plenty of room. After dinner sit by the outside enormous fire pit and enjoy some s'mores. Take a stroll to many restaurants, stores, or ice cream shops nearby within easy walking distance.

There is central AC (2 units), a washer and dryer, a new kitchen and high-speed WIFI.
