Pricing on this rental includes all applicable taxes and fees, the price you see on the calendar is exactly what you will pay. No security deposit is required before booking. Rental agreement required. All inclusive is just for the pricing, this rental does NOT include any food or beverages.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom 2nd-floor unit has a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

The unit has a central a/c, heat, and a natural gas fireplace. This unit was 100% renovated in 2021.

The kitchen is nicely equipped, If there is anything you need, like a large pot to cook your lobster, or need more grilling tools just call the front desk and someone can run some up to your unit.

There is a large outside balcony to dine or watch the sunset that overlooks the courtyard and a nice view of Nantucket Sound. All linens and towels are provided and you can exchange them for a fresh set when needed.

There is a heated indoor pool with a Jacuzzi along with a heated outdoor pool. There are many chaise lounges down on the private beach for members of the resort only.

All of our renters can use our bicycles free of charge (Must be set up when booking. Locks are provided, but you will need to bring your helmet.) The private beach has plenty of chaise lounge chairs for relaxing or tanning right on the private beach, there are also plenty of chaise lounges in the indoor and outdoor pool area (both pools are heated,) You can enjoy a little mini-golf putting green in the enclosed courtyard, which is great for keeping the younger kids safely inside the complex. 2022 there will be a bunch of programs and games during the morning and afternoon for your kids.

The price you see posted on the calendar is all-inclusive, which means that the price you see is the price you will pay. This price includes all applicable lodging taxes and all other fees. We do NOT require a security/cleaning deposit for any of our 5 units available at this resort, however, you are required to put a credit card on file when you check in for any incidentals you may want to charge to your room. Your room is professionally cleaned and if you ever need fresh linens or towels they can be exchanged by calling and asking for a fresh set. The only additional fee you MAY be subject to is if your room requires excessive cleaning upon check-out (this would be considered an incidental charge to your credit card.)
