Welcome to the BK Bungalow Too cottage!

This beautiful cottage has one bedroom, a futon, a couch and a portable twin. It can comfortably sleep four to five people. It has one bathroom with indoor shower as well as an outdoor shower. This cottage has been totally redone with new windows, kitchen, floors and a large deck in front with table and chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances you need for cooking and serving a meal on the outdoor deck or picnic table. There is no oven, but there is a cooktop, also included: a Ninja air fryer/toaster oven/convection oven, blender, coffee maker, stovetop, electric can opener, microwave and fridge. The kitchen also has all the silverware, knives, pots, pans, plates, glasses and more. There is a like new Weber grill outside for your grilling pleasure.

The Chase's Ocean Grove private beach is only 500 feet from the cottage so you will have an easy walk to an uncrowded beach. We have supplied a beach wagon to haul the supplied beach chairs, cooler and sand toys so you won’t have to bring yours on vacation with you.

There is High speed internet and WIFI with a wide screen Smart TV so bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. passwords for all your entertainment needs.

There is a strict No animal, No smoking policy for everyone’s personal safety from allergies.

You will need to supply your own linens and towels. There shall be a refundable security deposit of $250.00 upon departure pending cleanliness and no missing/damaged items.

    Great Place!

    Very cute and cozy cottage in a wonderful location with quick walking distance to so much; beaches, coffee shop, restaurants, beach bar, etc., and a short drive to so many great attractions. Great little community for runners and walkers, as well. We hope to rent here again in the future!

    Excellent stay!

    My wife and I stayed here for 3 night, we loved the accommodations. The cottage is modernized with hardwood throughout, large flat screen smart TV, appliances. The location was excellent, walk to your own private beach in less then 5 mins, restaurants are also within walking distance. We will certainly stay again in the future. The owners communicated quickly and ensure we had all details necessary to make for a smooth and painless trip

    Adorable beach cottage

    My husband and I just got home from this adorable cottage. Located on old wharf walking distance to beach and multiple dining spots. Very nice outdoor shower and gas grill. Street location with many joggers and friendly walkers. Small but cozy and room for 2 more people to sleep. We walked to the beach at night and during the day. Very clean and fully equipped for entertaining. Going back again next year. Plus for us directly across from our family cape house. Thanks Bill and Kim

    Wonder little cottage

    I stayed with my partner and 3 kids for a week. It is so close to the a private beach. We walked to the water multiple times every day. (Close enough to just run back to the house and grab anything the kids forgot). Being able to use the beach wagon, chairs and sand toys was hugely convenient. The outdoor shower was super convenient too. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The TV was large and wall mounted so out of the way (didn't have to worry about kids bumping into it). Bill and Kim where incredibly helpful and kind. I would absolutely stay there again in the future. show more show less

    Amazing little cottage!

    This cottage is perfect for a couple or small family and was very clean/organized with most necessary supplies. Minutes walk to the beach! Also has a cute outdoor dining area!

    We love the Dennisport area and want to be able to share that with our kids. Of course our kids have very busy lives with their kids so they can only use a few weeks a year. So we are hoping to share our little piece of heaven with others.

    What is special about this property?
    Chase's Ocean Grove is one of the last few remaining cottage communities left on Cape Cod. Some of the families have been here for a hundred years, many of the current owners grew up spending their summers here. The private beaches are well kept and the security teams make sure the private beaches are only used by the Grovers and their renters.
