Located in the wonderful beachside community of Chases Ocean Grove, this newly renovated cottage has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation in Dennis Port, MA. Our cottage is steps away from your private beach, so no need to worry about driving! Enjoy breathtaking sunrises while sipping on your coffee and relaxing by the beach taking in the perfect moonrise.

Offering the best of both worlds, Playa Luna Cottage is centrally located; minutes away from all Cape Cod has to offer, from Harwich Port and Chatham to Provincetown. Spend your days enjoying the private beach or the multitude of shops, restaurants, beaches and ice cream shops near by!

Amenities:
- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed
- 2 additional sleeping nooks, each with a Full size mattress and under-bed storage
- A fully renovated kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, cups and mugs included
- Living area has direct ocean views and is equipped with WIFI, smart TV with streaming channels, a portable Bose speaker and much more. All of this and more in a nicely distributed 450 sq. ft. living area
- Fans and window AC units
- Indoor full bathroom and shower
- Outdoor shower
- BBQ
- Outdoor seating and dining area
- Beach toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella

Rental Guidelines:
- Check in at 4pm, check out at 10am
- Maximum number of guests 5
- Booking party must be age 28+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
- Parking is limited to 2 small or 1 large car(s) in the designated area adjacent to the cottage
- Basic essentials are provided with your rental: toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies and equipment (broom, vacuum, swifter mop).
- Rental includes pillows and bed covers
- Rental does not include linen, beach towels or bath towels
- NO PETS allowed
- NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed
- Violations are grounds for removal from property and refund forfeiture

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund prior to 45 days before check-in
- 50% refund prior to 30 days before check-in

    Great little cottage, nice view and well located

    Playa Luna is a lovely cottage, we very much enjoyed our stay here for a week at the end of September. The cottage is on the Nantucket Sound side, is very clean and has everything you will need. The private beach is very nice with multiple public beaches nearby as well, and Bass and Swan rivers close by if you are into kayaking or SUPing. You can see the ocean from the living room which is so nice and you can enjoy even if the weather isn't great. Many great restaurants nearby!

    Fantastic Location and Cottage!

    We absolutely loved our stay at Playa Luna. The location is perfect....the beach just steps away and several options for restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute walk. The cottage is set up perfectly for a couple or small family with all the amenities of home. Enjoy relaxing at the cottage with coffee and a book while taking in the ocean views and when you are ready just walk a few steps to jump into beautiful Nantucket Sound. The outdoor shower is great! The community is peaceful and friendly! Cottage is clean and recently updated. It was nice having the A/C units to help cool during the day. The owner was responsive and always helpful! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!
    For those visiting and wanting a few of our recommendations:
    Wolfies for breakfast (best bakery items!) / coffee
    Sailing Cow several good menu options / short walk and open until 9 PM or so
    Ocean House for a late afternoon cocktail and appetizer

    Perfection!

    My daughter and I had the honor to be the first renters of this piece of Cape paradise. We could not have had a better time. The house is small square footage but so thoughtfully appointed that it feels twice the size. Light and bright, comfortable and clean. Every space maximized!
    The beach is literally steps away and in an incredible, friendly community. When you walk around i the community everyone says hello. We arrived after the office had closed and could not get the bracelets required for the beach and some one in the neighborhood offered the use of theirs.
    The location is fantastic. Tucked away but centrally located. We explored many towns - Harwich Port, Chatham, etc and all felt like an easy drive.
    We started our trip with 20 questions and Patricia was there for every single one - and those we didn't think to ask!
