    Wonderful stay at a lovely home on the Cape

    Our family had a wonderful time on the Cape and loved staying at Brad's house. It was recently renovated and everything is brand new and really high quality. The decor is awesome. The beds are comfy. The furniture is cozy. The internet is super fast and the tv is nice, which is a rarity in our cape house renting experience. The highlight of the house for our family was the outdoor shower. Hot and cold water, detachable spray, cedar smell. So nice to come home from the beach and all clean up before going inside. Definitely the nicest outdoor shower I've ever used. As I said before, we were also impressed with how comfy the beds were. Usually rental houses have crummy mattresses but these felt awesome and we slept like we were at home. Considering it is a brand new rental we were pleasantly surprised that they had everything we needed in the kitchen. So many random things that you end up needing and they had it all. I hope we can return to this house next year. show more show less

    My wife Kathryn and I bought our home in December of 2021 and spent the first 7 months updating the entire home, inside and out. We did the majority of the work ourselves, with the help of my father who happens to be a retired builder. Now that it's done, we split time between the Cape and Boston.

    What is special about this property?
    We love the way our renovation came together - from the all-white kitchen to four totally redone bathrooms. Guests have told us that having two master bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, is a unique feature that they love. My favorite element is the cedar outdoor shower with its rainfall shower head.

    What is special about your town?
    Being in West Dennis means we have access to beaches on both the Sound and Bay sides of Cape Cod, giving guests a plethora of beach day options. We love that we can walk to the town beaches, or ride a bike to West Dennis Beach - most likely stopping at the Sand Bar for a frozen drink along the way.
