Casa la Pistrice is a union of my family and friends' love for Cape Cod, where we've spent nearly every summer, and our heritage from the Amalfi coast. The house was lovingly renovated in 2023 with a new kitchen and updated bathrooms and bedrooms. We look forward to hosting you!

The house features four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower and bath combos. The kitchen, which will be fully renovated by the time of your stay, has dining for all guests and opens up to the spacious private back deck and yard. Enjoy a movie or game night in the living room or in the bonus space in the basement complete with additional seating area, tv, and game table.

Swan Pond town landing is just around the corner so bring your kayaks or paddle boards and enjoy kayaking out to the big island for a picnic or all the way out to Nantucket Sound. The house is .07 miles (15-20 minute walk) from the small downtown of Dennis Port featuring shops and restaurants.

There is ample driveway parking for up to four cars as well as street parking available.

We are happy to offer and provide some linens (quilts, comforters) and are happy to also provide sheets, towels, and beach towels for an additional fee (please inquire at booking). Laundry (washer/dryer) are available in the basement.

    A Perfect Oasis

    Our family had the best week at Casa la Pistrice - Marina & Sharaf have truly thought of everything! The house was set up perfectly for a family with two busy kiddos. Having a pack & play and bed bumpers on hand made life so much easier for us and the collection of board books was a sweet touch! The house was impeccably clean upon check in and well stocked with family safe cleaning supplies for touch ups in between. We loved the fenced in backyard and couldn't get enough of the beautiful bench swing. Marina gave fabulous referrals for everything from beaches to family friendly restaurants, between the beautiful accommodations and entertainment recommendations she's more of a travel agent than homeowner! show more show less

    Great escape on the Cape!

    Marina thought of everything! This house was the perfect get away on Cape Cod. Centrally located with easy access to the Outer Cape and many beaches. We were two families travelling together and this house worked perfectly with one family upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and one family on the main floor in 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Lots of space to unpack. The outdoor shower was heaven. Beautiful big back porch with a table that could easily hold 8 and large bbq. Nice grassy area for the kids to play plus bonus bench swing.

    Indoors was cozy yet spacious. Great new kitchen with large table that could accommodate 9. Large family room plus kids loved the bonus basement space where they could be away from the adults. Air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house. No complaints!     show more show less
