This historic 1787 updated antique house which was once the 1st post office in Dennis, is now updated and ready for your family/friends retreat or couple getaway for a week, a few days or even just a weekend getaway!

The home sits in the heart of the town of Dennis offering everything in walking distance including restaurants, beaches, museum, playhouse, shops and the Bay for kayaking and nature trails. This is the perfect place to experience all that Dennis has to offer all within walking distance!

This updated antique home is ready for your arrival and equipped with all standard amenities suitable for either families or friends vacationing together.

The vacation home features a rare combination of very unique bedrooms and accents with tons of character. There are four bedrooms (two queen size beds downstairs, upstairs, one with full size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, along with a twin daybed accommodating up to 8-9 people comfortably (6 adults + 2-3 children for twin beds).

The living room includes seating for 7-8 and a flat screen tv. The spacious kitchen comes equipped with seating area, updated dual range stove, dishwasher, toaster & toaster oven, a coffee maker with grinder and all cookware/glassware/dinnerware expected for both indoor and outdoor dining. We have a private intimate dining room with a separate entrance to the patio that creates a fun dining experience for either patio or indoor comfort.

Last but not least find the patio for outdoor entertaining and dining with backyard games, evening intimate lighting, and enclosed new standalone outdoor shower perfect to rinse the sand off after days at the beach.

The house is centrally located, so in addition to the gorgeous bay beaches (1 mile), shops, restaurants, arts/cinema, golf courses, museums and nature and walking/biking trails in Dennis, you can also explore the Cape in each direction for excursions with every town boasting artist's studios, museums, galleries and craft shops.
