This house has three bedrooms and two baths and is walking distance to the nicest beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Situated on a one-acre lot, this property has plenty of privacy, yet close to everything you need for a spectacular summer vacation. Sit on the back deck and listen to the birds sing their praises. Walk to the marina to enjoy boats cruising along. Sign up for a private fishing excursion or two hour cruise boat ''Lobster Roll'' while you are there.
The house is in the center of Quivet Neck, a neighborhood first settled in 1640 by Pilgrim descendants, with many classic Cape Cod houses and historical sites to enjoy. Our house is located just off the road most traveled to the beaches. If you want a vacation home with plenty of space, a huge yard and rear deck, with minimal intrusions and traffic, this is your place. Take a stroll around the neighborhood, enjoy an outside shower, or have a good read in the local library 250 yards away- the house of a famous sea captain from the 1870s.
Inside the house there are two BRs and a full bathroom upstairs, and one BR off the kitchen with a bathroom nearby plus the kitchen, dining room and living room. All three BRs have window AC units that make those rooms as cool as you need them. The basement has a new tile floor with plenty of open space for kids to play inside or to store all your gear safely. The living room runs the entire length of the house, as well as the combined kitchen/dining room. The one-car garage can be used to store your bikes, beach gear, kayaks, etc.
The LR has a flat-screen television with 200 cable channels. There is WI-FI that works well throughout the house and backyard.
Enjoy lots of privacy with beautiful beaches, and still have a dozen restaurants within a 15-minute drive, the Museum of Natural History, movie theaters, and superb shopping facilities for food, clothing, antiques, and most anything you seek on your Cape Cod vacation. Even two beautiful golf courses are only two miles away.
