Located on the Brewster-Dennis town line, the newly redecorated 17 Cedars Cottage has crown molding throughout, bright hardwood floors, white marble kitchen counters with new cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances and high-speed internet.
The exterior provides the perfect outdoor living space for entertaining or relaxing with friend and family. The large bluestone patio is complimented by a raised cedar deck, pergola, and dining table for six. A new Weber natural gas grill is provided to make outdoor entertaining a breeze. The patio is accented by blooming perennials, annuals and bird feeders. Further back from the house and patio is a 13’ x 13’ concrete pad with a picnic table and patio fire pit. It’s a romantic spot from which to observe the stars while enjoying a nightcap.
