Enjoy your summer in South Dennis, Cape Cod in this adorable house. This three bedroom house is full of amenities that will make you feel like home. The property sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full bed and the kids room has a twin over full bunk bed and a full bed as well. The living room has a fireplace for those chilly nights. The eat in kitchen is amazing with granite countertops and a 36'' Wolf range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The outdoors is perfect for after beach hangouts with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, hammock and fire pit area as well as an outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced in to keep the kiddos safe while having a great time.

The house is located up the street from Kelly's Bay where you can fish, kayak, swim, etc. Within a mile of the house is Patriot's Square where you can find Stop & Shop, Marshall's, CVS, a liquor store and Dunkin. Johnny Kelly Park is within walking distance to the house as well where you can take the kiddos to burn off some energy at the playground or basketball courts.

    Perfect House for All

    Our family really enjoyed this house, with plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location to beaches and restaurants. Not having to worry about packing all the different size linens was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and good size fridge for large families. A seating area to sit around and play cards and/or board games which were provided for us. The outdoor area included a relaxing hammock and firepit for smores fun. We did not take advantage of the outdoor grill but if you're a griller this is your place. Denise was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. show more show less

    Fleeting Moments

    The location was perfect, convenient to many things and quick ride to several beaches.
    The house was nicely decorated, clean and a lovely welcome basket was left for us. Having a washer/dryer was helpful for our beach towels and other items during our stay. Denise was easy to reach and very accommodating.

    Summer Vacation

    We stayed here for a week in July. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The neighborhood is quiet while being close to Route 6. Dennis' location is great since we never stay in one place. Perfect distance from the bridge and Provincetown. The outdoor space felt private and we really enjoyed having the fire pit. Denise even stopped by to say hello and to see how everything was going. I wish we could be there again soon.

    Cozy, comfortable and clean

    This home was one of the best places we have stayed at for the last 11 years of coming to the Cape. The beautiful kitchen was a pleasure to make meals, or sit around the island and play cards. From the farmers sink to the amazing 6 burner gas stove and the state of the art dishwasher, this kitchen was my dream come true! All beds were so very comfortable which made for great Summer night sleep. Best of all was the beautiful fenced in back yard that provided our dogs free range security. Denise and Jim provided us with a cute welcome basket which was a nice surprise. The location was ideal on a quiet street which was perfect for dog walking and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful time in this awesome Dennis home and hope to return again. show more show less

    Awesome place!

    Great house with all of the amenities! We loved that the neighborhood was so nice and quiet and that we could take our kids and dog for a walk in such a cute neighborhood. The water is right down the street so it was perfect to take our kayak out. The backyard is a paradise with a fire pit for the chilly cape cod nights and a built in grill for cooking - no need to eat out!

    Jim and Denise moved to the Cape from Fairfield County Connecticut in 2017. They were looking to escape the rat race and were ready for a more relaxed way of life over the bridge.

    Together they have spent months remodeling and renovating this home into the Fleeting Moments Beach House.
    They named the home after their successful photography business in West Dennis - Fleeting Moments Photography.

    The home was designed to mix classic Cape Cod style with high-end features like a custom tiled shower and granite countertops. The vintage laundry room doors and stunning outdoor shutters were also crafted by hand with love.

    You will find a trunk full of board and card games for family game nights along with complimentary linens, beach chairs, and even a highchair and pack & play.

    The only thing missing is YOU!

    What is special about this property?
    We love dogs and couldn't imagine going on a family vacation without them. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome and will love our level and fenced-in yard.

    Your kids will love the sandbox and water table in the backyard.

    You will love the beautiful kitchen, firepit, and outdoor shower. We even have a spare refrigerator in the garage for extra beer and ice cream. Plus beach chairs too!

    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth is close to EVERYTHING!

    The home is half a mile from Dunkin, mini golf, restaurants, water/bounce park, Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway), Route 28, parks, beaches, and ice cream shops. It's also minutes from Red Wilson Field where the D-Y Red Sox play Cape Cod Baseball and the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
