    Having spent time in the Sesuit Neck area for work and vacation over the last 10 years it was a dream come true to own this beautiful piece of property. We thoroughly enjoyed renovating and furnishing our home and enjoy living here part-time.

    What is special about this property?
    This home offers 1/2 acre of ultimate privacy on a dead end road surrounded by conservation land on 2 sides.
    Is beautiful furnished with large yards and an amazing fire pit area.

    What is special about your town?
    East Dennis is on the bay side of Cape Cod with numerous nearby Restaurants and shops on Historic Route 6A.
    Our house is perfectly located on Sesuit Neck, walking distance to Harbor View Beach, Sesuit Harbor and The Sesuit Harbor Cafe, yet completely off the beaten path.
