Welcome to our 4 bedroom, two story townhouse. Our home features 1 main floor bedroom (Q) and half bath, with 3 bedrooms upstairs (K, 2T, 2T). It is located in a small townhouse complex (8 units), just 5 minutes from Inman Beach and walking distance to many fantastic restaurants!

Our unit has a large outdoor space and backs directly onto the beautiful saltwater pool. The outdoor space is complete with a propane grill, dining table for 6 and two lounge chairs. There is also a large outdoor shower with change room that is exclusive for your use only!

There is laundry in the basement along with access to 4 bikes (kids and adults), boogie boards, pool and beach toys and a beach cart.

A set of golf clubs and a couple of tennis rackets are also available for your use. Come and enjoy the full sun in the afternoon on the back patio and a refreshing dip in the pool!

This is a two floor, 1700 sq ft townhouse.

    I'm a single mom of two great kids. We started visiting the Cape in 2006 and have been back every year to enjoy the magic of the CAPE! I enjoy being able to share our home with our guests so they can create lasting memories and wonderful family moments.

    What is special about this property?
    Our townhome is nestled in a quiet complex tucked away from the busy streets yet just a short walk to the beach, It is a great spot for multi generational families with many of our guests utilizing the main bedroom for less mobile guests. The pool is spectacular and receives full sun all afternoon and into the evening. The location cannot be beat with access to some of Cape Cod's best restaurants like The Ocean House and The Oyster Company.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis Port is right in the middle of the Cape with easy access to both Harwich and Chatham, along with Hyannis. There are a few golf courses and the sunsets on Mayflower are spectacular and worth the drive!
