The house is 2300 sq ft of sun-filled open space design, large bedrooms, skylights, garage, central AC and so much more. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to the most demanding chefs.

This home is perfect for large family get togethers, filled with sun and summer fun by a beautiful beach only a short walk away. Bayview Beach with extensive low tide is ideal for small kids. And later, while kids are playing games outside on the large lawn in the backyard or in the living room, the adults can relax on the airy deck with a drink and grill BBQ (both gas and charcoal grills are provided). The deck opens up from the upside-down kitchen (on the second floor) for easy hosting and is equipped with patio furniture incl. bar server. Firepit is available for family smores parties and relaxing by the fire after a hot summer beach day.

    I stayed for 11 days in September 2023. The house was very clean, bright and airy, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. I love the location, so close to the water/beach. The outdoor shower was great and a nice plus that I hadn't thought much about. The owners were extremely responsive. A few minor things came up during my stay and when I reached out to them they got right back to me. I was there during "hurricane Lee" and we communicated before, during and after which was helpful and reassuring. I wanted to extend my stay and they were very accommodating. They seem to truly want you to have a great vacation and they do what they can to make that happen show more show less

    Great spot! Easy walk to the beach!
    Great location - 5 min walk to Mayflower/Bayview Beach. House was well appointed with a wonderful deck and comfortable accommodations. Owners were very responsive and the excellent air conditioning was a nice break from the hot weather :)

    The house is in a beautiful location, about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. The deck on the top level has nice views and a high quality wooden table and large umbrella. The central A/C works well and was very necessary in late July! The hosts were very responsive. Overall a nice stay.

    The home was in the perfect location, within a short walk to one of the prettiest beaches on Cape Cod. The home was super clean, open, airy and bright. There is a wonderful deck which was the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee. We have older children and the layout was great because it allowed them to have a separate area to hang out.

    Best vacation experience
    The home was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near our favorite Mayflower Beach. We really enjoyed the evenings out on the beautiful outdoor deck and all the beach equipment provided by the host. We will definitely come back to this home in the future

    What is special about this property?
    Exquisite coastal contemporary just steps to Bayview Beach. This large ''Upside-Down'' home was designed and planned for casual yet classic beachside living. Located one street over from Bayview/Mayflower Beach, this house features 2300+ sq ft of that special Cape Cod light, open concept living space, large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, AC, and extra living space on the first level. This is the kind of home that calls for big family get togethers spent on the beach, and then later with cookouts, s'mores around a firepit, volleyball games in the big, private backyard. While the kids are outside, the adult can hang out on the wrap-around deck right off the kitchen and dining room.

    Take a dip in the warm coastal waters and get sandy toes on Bayview Beach, Mayflower Beach, or Chapin Beach.

    Like other parts of Central Cape, Dennis features the 1940s ambiance with old-fashioned beach cottages and natural and historic attractions.
