The house comes equipped with an outdoor grill, patio for dining, comfortable Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon to use for the beach.

Activities, great restaurants, and shopping are moments away. June, July, August, and part of September are seven night minimums with Friday to Friday rentals.

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoy owning and renting out our homes! We currently have three rental properties. Two on the cape (this one is brand new to us), another one in Dennis Port that we have owned since 2016, and one in Florida! We love owning and renting to wonderful people like you that want to come and enjoy time on Cape Cod. On another site we are considered Super Hosts!!!! You will discover a newly renovated place when you arrive and you will see how much detail we have tried to put into making your vacation home the most comfortable and relaxing place you could stay! We are from the cape and live only 22 minutes from the property. Thank you so much for considering our property! We are excited to host you!

    What is special about this property?
    We could not believe this property came up for sale. We never imagined owning an oceanfront home and now we get to share it with you. Stunning views, easy to walk to everything you may need or want to see, and right in the mid cape so you can get to anywhere else you may want to go easily. There will be so many options of where you might want to sit and take in the views! Can't wait for you to see!

    What is special about your town?
    We have the BEST beaches of any town on the Cape. Great restaurants, shopping, ice cream and easy accessibility to other towns.
