Perfect for multiple families with 2 separate living spaces - kids can enjoy games/movies apart from the adults!

Home is equipped with 2 smart TV's, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living areas and primary bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an outdoor shower! Large patio with comfy seating, 6 burner grill overlooks large yard. Shed includes beach chairs, toys, buggy, umbrella for your convenience!

    What appears to be an unassuming cottage, is deceivingly spacious and comfortable! 8 houses away from the ocean, set on a oversized lot, with so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance!

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis Port is the quintessential Cape Cod town, with its beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches, upscale Ocean House / Pelham House restaurants, family friendly spots like the Dog House, Chapin's, Woolfies, all within walking distance. Loads of parks and other beaches, shopping, go-karts, trampolines, mini golf and bumper boats a short drive away!
