Perfect for multiple families with 2 separate living spaces - kids can enjoy games/movies apart from the adults!

Home is equipped with 2 smart TV's, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living areas and primary bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an outdoor shower! Large patio with comfy seating, 6 burner grill overlooks large yard. Shed includes beach chairs, toys, buggy, umbrella for your convenience!

    Cute cottage near the water!

    Spacious cottage with a great deck and backyard. Very short walk to the beach! Plenty of room for all our guests and multiple hang out areas which is great for a big group. The kitchen is updated and the whole house was spotless. Loved our stay here and can't wait to go back again!

    We had a great stay at Gino and Cindy's home. Their home was clean and well equipped with everything. Our boys loved the backyard and each were excited to have there own rooms.     Cindy and Gino's place is a cozy vacation home! Having so many beach options within walking distance is a perfect way to spend a Cape vacation. And when not at the beach, spending time on the patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and drinks after the beach. Their whole home is comfy and inviting. Central air is also a huge plus!!

    Lovely Stay!

    We had a wonderful stay at Gino and Cindy's rental. The house was very spacious, it was great having both a front and back sitting room for our group, but my favorite part of the house was enjoying a bbq and a drink on the back deck. The location was very convenient, super close to the beach and an easy walk to all the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

    What appears to be an unassuming cottage, is deceivingly spacious and comfortable! 8 houses away from the ocean, set on a oversized lot, with so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance!

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis Port is the quintessential Cape Cod town, with its beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches, upscale Ocean House / Pelham House restaurants, family friendly spots like the Dog House, Chapin's, Woolfies, all within walking distance. Loads of parks and other beaches, shopping, go-karts, trampolines, mini golf and bumper boats a short drive away!
