    We recently purchased this Cape House during the Summer of 2023 and took the remainder of the summer to update the home with a refreshed look including fresh paint, refinished hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances and a new king size bed in the master. We also did extensive landscaping outside, removing overgrowth, installing a new completely fenced in yard, an extended changing area for the outdoor shower, and new lawn with irrigation!

    What is special about this property?
    The location of this property is one of the things we love the most. We are in a quiet family oriented neighborhood with really great neighbors.

    What is special about your town?
    We're only .9 miles to our favorite beach at South Village with it's Natural Lazy River, as well as being close to all the great restaurants and entertainment that Dennisport has to offer!
