Make our house your summer vacation home in Dennis. Kite Runner’s Cottage is a ranch style family friendly home in a quiet walkable neighborhood 5 minutes to bay beaches and 20 minutes to the ocean.

The home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds and 1 double. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower between 2 of the bedrooms and a bath with tub (with grab bars) off the hallway. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and small appliances. There is a Smart TV High-speed Internet access. All windows have screens to allow the sea breezes to cool the house, but should the weather turn excessively warm, the house has central air conditioning. The living room has a Smart TV with streaming capability. Feel free to bring your own streaming device such as a Roku.

The dining room table with a leaf will easily seat 8 people for meals and games. The walkout basement leads to a fenced yard. When you arrive, your beds will have been made up with fresh linens. Towels and washcloths are also provided, so no need to bring them from home. We have a limited number of beach towels.

You will find a Welcome Book on the coffee table with instructions for use of everything from the TV to the washer and dryer. And another book we call the ' Where Is It' has suggestions for restaurants, ferries, places of worship and museums. Feel free to add brochures of places you would recommend while you are there. Off the dining room is a deck with table and chairs and a propane fire pit table; and a gas grill. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, we also provide sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a Dennis beach parking pass!

We have many wonderful memories of vacationing on The Cape. We love it here and look forward to giving you the opportunity to join in the fun we've had. It's a perfect spot for summer fun, but The Cape is also beautiful in the fall, winter and spring. This home would be a perfect spot for your family vacation or a getaway weekend.
