We stayed at this adorable cape house the weekend of Christmas with our 4 kiddos. The house size was perfect for our family with a couple beds to spare. The living room in the basement was so fun for the kiddos to hang out and there were games and a pack and play provided which was great! The decor of the house is so beachy chic and bright, just made everything feel so cozy and inviting.
Brit and Dave were so helpful with local information and suggestions and we loved exploring the town and restaurants. The house is super close to the beach and I enjoyed scenic daily runs into town by the river and back to the beach. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again! show more show less

We stayed at Brit and Dave's house for a week at the end of September 2023. Their home is so cozy and inviting with all the subtle touches that make vacationing on the cape special. The kitchen is perfectly appointed so that we could eat in if we didn't feel like going out; and the large deck off the dining room was a perfect place to sit for a drink after dinner! The beds were so comfortable and there's lots of room to spread out; the downstairs is a separate living area with a bedroom and a full bath, making it an awesome spot for teenage kids or another couple that would like to have their own space. The beach was a short walk away, and there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby (some within walking distance) for every craving you have! The area is great for walking, and for kids to be able to ride their bikes up and down the street. We stayed at this property in September. It was a wonderful experience. The home was clean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It looks average sized but a lot is packed in there. The lower level could have accomodated many more people comfortably. Appliances looked brand new and worked well. The back yard is lovely and private with an outdoor shower too! The location in Dennis is close to beaches on the Bay side and the Ocean side. They were also free after Labor Day! Plenty of restaurants locally and we even visited The Cape Cod Playhouse and saw a stellar performance. Provincetown was a short drive and we went to a local craft fair.
The owners were very helpful when we asked questions and the neighborhood was quiet and level for our walks.

Located in charming Dennisport, this Cape Cod house was an absolute delight during my August 2023 stay! The owners do an amazing job incorporating little touches that make your stay cozy and comfortable. A quick walk to the beach, ample space in the backyard for family fun, and located near a bunch of delicious restaurants and fun bars- couldn't recommend this place more!

We arrived on a Friday with a group of 7 including three children under 10. The house was very nice and spotless. We had a full kitchen so we could make some of our own meals but when we wanted to go out for food there were many spots to choose from within a few miles. The beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for all. There are also many beach options and two within walking distance.
Britt and Dave made the experience very comfortable and carefree. We did not want to come home show more show less

My husband and I stayed there with our two grandchildren we loved it. The home is very cozy and lots of room. Very clean and nice deck in the back to sit out on after going to the beach. My grandson loved it and had a great time. The owner Brit and her husband are very helpful in letting you know everything you would need to know to have a great vacation. I give it a five star vacation rental.

What a tremendous house, so close to the beach! From the original touch base with Brittany and Dave, throughout our stay, we felt welcomed, comfortable and at home. The communication and ease of access made the experience worry free. The house was pristine with more than plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very unique design with a separate living area in the basement, which is great for kids or a bigger family. The 5-ish minute walk to the beach was perfect and the backyard had more than enough space for grilling, activities or just relaxing.
