Salt waterfront on ocean bay that is ideal for beach activities and water sports. Very private house located on a dead end circle with plenty of parking. Wildlife galore and stunning sunsets. Kayaks, flat boards, canoe, bogie boards, raft and bicycles all available for unlimited use.

Huge 64 foot deck overlooking the water which is ideal for evening outdoor dining and relaxation. Outdoor tables, chairs and lounges all available. Outdoor private shower and area for lawn games also available.

Cable TV and WiFi with free connection to Netflix, Disney, Hulu and Prime Video. Two large TVs and a smaller TV in the MR. Large family room with two couches. Huge living room with double sleep sofa and an additional couch.

Fully equipped kitchen includes large center island, dishwasher, disposal, modern gas stove, ice & water dispenser refrigerator and a separate pantry. Full sized dining room that can seat 10/12 dinners. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry.

Central Air Conditioning

The lower level has two open rooms both with couches, one large TV and a small game table. Ideal area for the younger set. The lower lever also has a direct exit to the beach area and outdoor shower.

The second floor has a water facing master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full shower bath.
The second bedroom also faces the water and also has a queen sized bed.
The third bedroom has a full sized bed and room for an available rollout single bed.
The fourth bedroom has three single beds and a blow-up bed available.
The second floor main bath has a full tub/shower.
All bedrooms have large closet space.
Beach towels, beach blankets, beach umbrellas and beach toys available

Bath towels, hand and kitchen towels are provided.
Linen for the beds are not provides but extra pillows and some sheets are available for couches and temporary beds.

Deck has gas grill and a roll out awning for those who prefer to be out of the sun.

Dennis is the only Cape Cod town with access to beach on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape. The series of West Dennis beaches are within 5 to 7 miles and the famous Mayflower Beach and other beaches on the east side are within 7 to 10 miles.

Dennis also has two public 18-hole golf courses and all of the other resort area amenities one would expect within a ten mile area - Whale watches, day boat trips close by and Steamship Authority trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. read more show less
